We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.

5 stars! You can out right away when spring broke. The new door is so much stronger than old one. Door closer mount and tracks are unmovable. Nick worked till almost 9 pm to meet the install time frame. No negatives at all

Coldest day of the year. Came installed in a couple hours, done. At first I was unsure, since there was only one choice, but after 6 months, I love it. Programmable, outside key pad, closes automatically, and a phone app, that tells me when the door opens, and if it's currently open or closed.
