I liked every step of the way. My call was late in the night and the rep was able to get me an appointment the next day. Then the technician who came home walked thro the items that had to be replaced. Weighed the pros and cons. Gave the change in price for every combination of the replacement parts. Finally the speed, efficiency and time was very impressive. My install is very new and my experience till.now has been very positive. Will update my review if needed. Thank you.

I knew Colby was coming from your email to me. I knew something about him before he arrived. Colby was on time. He tested the door, noted the problem and repaired it while explaining all the steps to me while I watched. I was an installation/service manager for many years and I only had a few of my 30 installation/service technicians that would compare to Colby. He is a real asset to Precision.

We were very pleased with our experience with Precision Door. Staff did a great job providing an estimate, doing an install, and completing a minor repair that was necessary after the installation. They were very easy to work with and we would certainly use Precision Door again.

Nick was courteous, polite, and thorough while fixing the broken garage door. He arrived more than an hour early - he called first - and completed the job so that we were not locked into and out of the garage. Thank you Nick!

A cable broke on our garage door and I called Precision based on the excellent reviews that I saw when looking for someone to repair the door. From the lady on the phone for scheduling to Colby (our repair person) my experience with Precision was awesome. I love that they send you and email and let you see the picture of your repair person. Colby was running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier. He explained everything and suggested what we should do to keep our garage door in tiptop shape. Thank you Precision employees for your professionalism and customer service.

So far so good, but it's only been 1 day. Installer was very efficient, friendly, and apparently did a perfect job. If it fails I will scream loud and long.

A couple months following a spring replacement I had a concern about an unaligned bracket and a suspicious noise coming form the door. Daniel McLaughlin showed up on time and made some quick adjustments and assured me the door was safe to operate. Same day efficient response. Very happy with the service.

Definite 5 star rating. So grateful to have my faith in American business reaffirmed. You stood by your warranty, and very pleasantly took care of every little problem we had, and at no additional charge! Which for us meant a lot since there were limited funds for any repairs. Thank you, for being so reliable in a very unreliable world. You are the greatest!!

They arrived on time and got the logic board replaced in short order. Very nice and professional. I have used Precision before and was very happy then too. I will definitely use them in the future.

Couple of nights ago the torsion spring of my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage door, set up appointment. Jason came and replaced both of the springs, just to be sure both of them are brand new. This is the second time Jason works on my garage door. Im very pleased with the service and the repair. Thank you :)

We previously had a set of torsion springs installed by Precision and one of them failed a few days ago. We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. Springs were replaced free of charge immediately by a very professional service team and we are completely satisfied with the service both in the office and at our home. Thank you!.

The technicians were on time for estimate. Worked professionally and tried to explain different options. Our concern so far is the price for door replacement, wish you had some discount on products.

The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.
