The first time they came out they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Second time quoted more than I paid for the garage door opener in the first place to repair. Two days of my time and $69 dollars later I’m basically in the same spot I was before I called.

Matthew went above and beyond to get my garage back to working he found out it was a small problem, but he made sure that I would not have that problem again. I was not home and my wife was here and he just went out of his way to make sure that she understood exactly what he was doing and how he was fixing it. This was just outstanding customer service. Thank you Brian for hiring Matthew and having a great team.

Mathew contacted me when he was on his way and he arrived early. He was very engaging, and shared his intended review of the garage door. He did a diagnostic check, lubed the entire door and then replaced the damaged door to concrete seal. Clean, quick and very professional work. Mathew is a good man. Best regards, Mike

Matthew came out to diagnose an issue with our garage door not opening, he very quickly found the issue, and walked me through the how and why it happens and what options we had to fix it. He was very polite, punctual and even gave our "scary guard dog" some scratches. I highly recommend precision garage door!

Joe kept us up to date on his arrival, came on time, and quickly replaced the cables on our garage door. He advised that the cables were the only thing in need of attention and didn't attempt any upsell. It was just under $600 for cable replacement and associated adjustments. We had no problem with that. Tsgt Mark and Jane Zalewski USAF (Retired)

My technician, Craig, was wonderful. I recently purchased a house and the door was not running efficiently. Everything is now running well, however, he did suggest I replace it soon. He provided pricing, will have it replaced next spring.

Jaxs arrived on time and finished the job within the time he stated. He was friendly but professional. Explained what needed to be done, gave me a price and that was it. The system operates so much quieter than the previous system. Thank you Jaxs and your company for doing such a great job. I've used Precision in the past and once again I was not disappointed.

We choose Precision because this was the company that installed our garage door 2021. I just wanted to have it checked before winter weather sets in. I originally choose Precision as this company respects, cares, and hires military veterans. As a former service member (US Navy) I value helping veterans. Our technician, Jaxs, was just wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He too the time to clearly describe the work he was doing and any problems he discovered. Great job, great guy. Thanks

My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment to the actual service. The lady I spoke to when making the appointment was very nice and made the appointment with ease. On the day of my appointment, my technician Matthew B was on time and very very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing. He changed my battery, programmed my keypad and explained what all he did when he was done. He was very personable. In this day and age when customer service isn’t the greatest, I was wowed! Customer service at it’s finest!! I will definitely use Precision if I need garage door services in the future and highly recommend to others. Thank you for the world class custoner service!

Like most people, I wasn't expecting to need a garage door repair but the spring had other ideas. I have seen the Precision commercials and also had seen some of their trucks in my neighborhood recently. I visited the website and booked the appointment. Very simple. The next day my technician called about ten minutes out and arrived as planned.Mario looked at the door and gave me the recommended estimate. I agreed and he went to work. I am very happy with the job and professionalism of Mario and Precision. Thanks

Outstanding service from Matthew. He showed me everything he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions and referred to Precision’s history of tuneups and work on my garage door. He made some suggestions on things I could do to help prolong the life of the door and included photos of the suggested lubricant and rust reformer. Precision has been my garage door go-to for about 20 years.

Was in an emergency situation, 0730 on my way to work, I looked in Google and your name was listed. I called and spoke with an actual person who was very very helpful and arranged for a technician to come within a few hours. He called me at work and met me at my home. Explained situation, rollers had fallen off on both sides, agreed to replace door and opener. He was able to lower the door which made me feel more secure. He was polite, helpful, explained everything. Super impressed. Very happy I chose your company.

Precision Overhead Garage Door was on Angie.com and appeared to have a good reputation & high ratings so we called to have them take a look at our garage door. The door had not been serviced for many years and ended up needing new springs, lubrication & replacement of several other parts.Matthew arrived promptly on time and was very clear in explaining what needed to be done including pictures with detailed explanations. We had the recommended work done and now have a nice warranty on the door and the work that was completed. We would definitely use them again.

I liked the fact that Precision sends you a pic of your tech ahead of time. I will be contacting them when I'm ready to purchase a new garage door!

I was so pleased with how quickly I had a response when placing a call for service on a Sunday afternoon for a non functioning garage door opener. I was even more pleased when Colin arrived less than 2 hours later. He was wonderful assessing the situation and showing me the proper care of the garage door in the future.
