We had a friend that just had you fix his garage. We called this morning and with an hr. Ahmad Perkins was our technician. He was absolutely the best. We had no idea our open was 24yrs old. We got a brand new one,with remote on our side door.... Everything was ans is awesone and Ahmad was very knowledgeable ,friendly and within an hr and half everything was put together. Excellent job to him and to the company.

I chose Precision Overhead Door due to the solid reviews that I read online and my associates. The company did not disappoint. My garage door had gotten stuck a few times and being about 14 years old, I knew I’d better get it inspected. Mario, the service tech was very professional and didn’t try to upsell. He stated the issues that needed addressing and made a few suggestions. The door itself was in great shape but due to its age, springs and bearings would give it a much longer shelf life. The quote was very competitive and the work performed was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good words about Mario. Thanks to him and Precision Garage Door. I will utilize their services when needed again.

I currently was having internet/wi-fi issues with the connectivity to my opener and camera. My service tech Mario went the extra mile researching and solving the issues. He gave me a tutorial on how to reprogram the keypad, remotes, the control panel itself, and how to navigate the MyQ app. Outstanding service.

I was very pleased and impressed with the work of Technician Ahmad Perkins who fixed my aging garage door by replacing the springs, door opener and several other out dated parts. A true professional, Ahmad took the time to answer all my questions as well as engage in some very interesting conversation. When he left I felt like I had just made a new friend! On Saturday, we accidentally tried to use the electric garage door while the door was locked...and pulled the brace out of the door. Set an appointment online for the following Monday morning. Jaxs and Joe showed up right on time and took just a few minutes to determine a plan of action. Went to their truck pulled the right parts and had the door running again in less than 30 minutes! Excellent job! Reasonable price! Very nice, knowledgeable technicians! Would highly recommend!

I am a returning customer and I continue to be impressed with the speed and friendliness of the people I dealt with. From the phone call to set up the service to the repairman who arrived the same day I was happy for their attention to my issue. The repairman, Jaxon, was pleasant and efficient in accessing the damage and offering suggestions. When it became apparent that we'd need a new garage door, he called the sales person and set up an appointment for the next day. Todd, the salesman, arrived as scheduled and after reviewing the site offered suggestions and showed examples for a replacement. He explained the differences and was candid about the pricing. There was no pressure at all. The only negative, and it isn't their fault, is that we had to order the door and the company that makes the doors doesn't provide a timeline for how long it will take other than "around a month." That's frustrating for them and for the buyer. That said, I can not speak highly enough about the service provided. We're anxious to get our new door and confident we will be pleased.

I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with Colin and of course Precision Garage Door Repair.
