I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with Colin and of course Precision Garage Door Repair.

I had been without the use of the garage door opener for a couple days so am very happy with the new unit installed. I had no idea however that the cost in the flyer I received by mail was the LOWEST price @$649 and that there were no other options except 2 MORE expensive options. I definitely would have called around had I known this.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I got quotes from several garage door companies in and around Milwaukee and Precision Garage Door Service of Milwaukee had the best price and warranty. Todd was amazing to work with on the sales side, scheduling was hassle free and kudos to Shawn, and his partner technician who did a great job on the installation despite it being one of the coldest days of the year.

Craig was on time. He called to confirm his arrival. The job was well done. He explained everything. My rural driveway had some drifting issues. He got stuck. I have a pickup truck. I got stuck helping him out. We eventually got each other unstuck. He was very good natured about the whole fiasco.

Loose ceiling brackets supporting EDO. Nervous that entire unit might collapse on car at any moment.Fast response from Precision on a Sunday afternoon. Ahmad was great in installing stronger bracket and also fixing loose lighting mechanism. Great service and at a reasonable price

I called Precision Door Service because they had worked on my garage door before and did a good job. I called this time because my garage door would not close. They sent a repair person the same day I called. He was Mario. He arrived earlier than when they said he would, but had called before to say that he would and I agreed. He repaired my door eyes in less than an hour and did a good job. The door works fine now.

Service Tech was great. Within 24hrs or repair I received a mail coupon for springs which would have saved me $150 or more. Exceeded Expectations! After a contractor did work on my garage floor, my door stopped working. I tried figuring it out by myself, but needed help. Because it was on a Sunday, I asked for an afternoon time window because I had church in the morning. My service tech, Ahmad, arrived early and waited until I returned. Grateful!
