My garage door spring broke late Saturday night, called Precision Sunday afternoon. They were able to come out Monday at a preferred time that worked for my husband and I. Springs were replaced same day, which included a thorough exam of the drums & cables that were over 14+ years old. Mario was able to show us pictures of the frayed cables and educated us on the longevity of the current cables versus replacing. He got our garage door system back up and running, and now stronger than ever! Also helped us by using heavy duty equipment as my door is ~300 lbs. Thank you Mario for enduring the cold and taking care of us!

The experience exceeded our expectations some. Ahmad, the technician was pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently after giving us his recommendations on needed repairs. He cleaned up after completion of the work. He gave us instructions and answered the questions we asked of him. We wish all service people were as good. We chose Precision based on the A+ rating and limited number of resolved issues with the BBB. A contractor's good standing with BBB is important to our decisions. We also save coupons and information from mail the likes of valpak, and your company was among some of the information we saved. Should we need a garage door contractor in the future, Precision will be at the top of our list.

Colin came out on a Sunday morning to fix a door that wouldn't stay down. It turned out it was due to contact with the fascia board of our garage and not anything to do with the door or sensor. He fixed it, told us what we can do to ensure it doesn't happen again, and all at no charge! Precision Doors is very responsive.

This is the second time I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service. Colin arrived early after a phone call that he was on the way which was appreciated as it is the Saturday before Christmas with lots to do. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about my garage door problem. The problem was corrected in a timely manner which included an inspection. He explained future needs to correct issues that could occur due to some parts that are wearing out and rusted. He asked if I had any questions about his service and what needed to be done in the future. Great service!

We had hired a handy man to install a garage door opener we had purchased at a store. He ended up leaving when it was half way done and didn't come back! We decided to call Precision Garage Door Service from the good reviews we found online. We were very impressed with how quickly they got us on the schedule (2 days). They then sent an email to verify the date/time along with a text. The day before they sent these again as a reminder. The day of, we received a call a couple hours before our scheduled time from the technician saying he could come over early if we wanted. We then received a text with his name (Colin) and picture so we knew who to expect. He quickly identified what was needed to be done and gave us the cost. He got to work and within an hour he was done. He also let us know that if we ever need to install another opener that was purchased at a store that we just need to call them-you don't need to buy the openers from them and they would have provided a couple upgrades from what is purchased in a box from the store. Very pleased with his work, attitude and efficiency! We will definitely call them back if we ever need any more garage door work done.

I was told that I would have someone out to the house between 8 and noon. At 7:50 I got a call from Ahmad that he would be to my house shortly. He arrived at about 8:10, assessed the job, after reveiwing the options he advised it would take about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later my garage door was fixed and operational.
