We called Precision because the company had serviced our garage door some years earlier. The office answered our call promptly and scheduled us for service for the next morning. The technician (Bill) called when he was on the way early that day and, upon arrival, listened attentively as I described the problem we were experiencing with the closing of the door. He then thoroughly checked out the door itself and the opener, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and got to work to address it. He completed the job within half an hour. I was very pleased with my interactions with Bill and with the quality of his work, and I found the cost (which he had quoted in advance) to be reasonable. I was also very pleased with the timeliness of the scheduling and the promptness of the work itself. I would call again when future needs ariase.

We have just started the process of a wood grain door selection. The team have been fantastic from the moment I filled out the online form. I received a call immediately to schedule. The sales team—Todd and Craig—showed up right on time and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They’re currently driving around my neighborhood to look at a couple of houses whose doors I like so they can better advise. They just left, and I’ve received a thank you email from the owner. (I realize this is automated, but it’s top notch). We will definitely be buying our door here!

Craig did a fantastic job of analyzing the issue and then explaining what needed to get fixed in simple terms. I made a new friend yesterday. His name is Ahmad, and he’s a service technician for Precision Garage Doors. After three days, on and off the phone, of trying to reconnect my garage door to my WiFi app with Chamberlain “customer service, I decided to call my original garage door installer, Precision. What Chamberlain could not accomplish in three days, Ahmad did in just a few minutes. I cannot thank him enough. I highly, highly recommend Precision for all your garage door repair needs.

A courteous, talented hard working person was sent to my home. He knew exactly how to proceed. I believe his name was Amaad. (I could be off with the pronunciation or spelling.) I would recommend him to anyone who needs their garage door serviced. He installed a new set of springs because one of mine was broken. He also installed a new belt since mine was shredding and in obvious need of replacement. He put in a new opener after testing my old one and finding it was no longer up to the task The name of your business came through word of mouth.

Looked on the internet and Precision popped up on a Saturday late afternoon. I called to get someone locally based on Wisconsin zip code. I explained the problem (the garage door would not close unless I used the key and held it down until door closed); opening was not a problem but closing the door(even though it wanted to because the motor up top kept lighting and clicking). I cleared both sensors and tried to move one (blinking yellow) but I could not make any difference. Precision made an appointment for that Monday morning. When the technician arrived, he was able to evaluate not only the old sensors but the cables, rollers and brackets were all rotted/rusted and wired connections were interrupted. They also did a counter balance reset and cleaned up door system. This garage door was installed over 25 years ago and when shown the issues, I found it was something I never knew about the door - those areas were truly rusted and in bad shape. Also, I really had no idea what the cost would be, I am 80 yrs old and needed this fixed, so I was really thrown at first to find even with senior discount it came to $870..... but the technician Ahmad Perkins did a great job, understood what I needed and explained how it all worked together, educated me on things I never understood and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. Ahmad patiently answered all my questions, went through all the maintenance and parts, what he replaced showing me on the door how they should work and even updates on what to watch for (like the eyes blinking or the spring that is also old) if the door didn't lift - showing me also the manual pull and how to disengage by hand to open & close the door (he made it easier and lighter to lift for me if I had an emergency). I'm very happy I called Precision, even though it was costly I got excellent service right away with a very polite and knowledgeable technician. All fixed ! I'm a Very Satisfied Customer !!

Our electric garage door suddenly stopped closing. We called Precision for help and were surprised at how quickly they came to our house.
