I chose Precision Garage Door company mainly due to recognizing the organazation from TV advertizing I remembered seeing over the past years. My door broke down on a Friday afternoon. Remembering they were a 24/7 service company with no upcharging for weekend visits, I liked what I saw on their website. Other companies did not present thier services as well. The service scheduler on the phone call was friendly and empathetic to my situation. She asked all the right questions and provided a timely slot to have a technicion appointment. When Mathew showed up (on time) he had all the parts necessary for the repair. He prepared and provided me with a list of the work needed and options for what work he recommended preforming now. His review covered the entire door and opener, not just the broken spring. Mathew worked quickly and safely and the door was repaired within 24 hours of when it broke. He cleaned up after the job and left me with some good information on some minimal maintenance I could do. I was impressed with the 5 year warranty on their parts and labor.

On Saturday, we accidentally tried to use the electric garage door while the door was locked...and pulled the brace out of the door. Set an appointment online for the following Monday morning. Jaxs and Joe showed up right on time and took just a few minutes to determine a plan of action. Went to their truck pulled the right parts and had the door running again in less than 30 minutes! Excellent job! Reasonable price! Very nice, knowledgeable technicians! Would highly recommend!

I was very very happy with my experience on yesterday. Craig was my tech. He is very very valuable to this company. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He knows his craft. He explained everything before starting the job with options and prices. After coming to an agreement the job was professionally done with speed. I was surprised he had completed everything so quickly. He installed a garage door opener with 2 new remotes, installed new sensors and a new wall switches. This is the second time I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service. Colin arrived early after a phone call that he was on the way which was appreciated as it is the Saturday before Christmas with lots to do. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about my garage door problem. The problem was corrected in a timely manner which included an inspection. He explained future needs to correct issues that could occur due to some parts that are wearing out and rusted. He asked if I had any questions about his service and what needed to be done in the future. Great service!

I had a cable brake the night before and called first thing in the morning they were able send someone the same day. The young man was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the cables and rollers. i have been thinking about replacing the opener for awhile now. Since having one on the truck he was able to install it. Same day service and a new opener who could ask for more.

Jacob arrived promptly at our designated time frame. he called before arriving and a picture of him was included in the text. He was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing and fixing the servicing of our garage door and opener. It works very well now. we recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door company Thank you Jacob We were able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. The only discrepancy was we were quoted a different price for the service call when I called to schedule the appointment $15.less) than what we were charged at the time of the visit.

I had a broken garage door spring, Precision came out and quoted me a price of almost $1,300. wanted to do a total replacement of all wheels, rollers, etc. on a garage door in very good shape. I told them I was going to hire someone else and they lowered their price to $540 to replace the springs. took the guy 15 min and he was out. I had a quote of $400 from another company but they were booked for 2 days so I gave Precision a try. Never again.

Service was good and fast, however it is hard to get in contact with company after work is completed. When you wait on hold the sales song playing in background is annoying as can be, makes you want to hang up just to get rid of the song. Web site does not have contact email? I still need a lien waiver from the company so I can sell my house in the near future?
