My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment to the actual service. The lady I spoke to when making the appointment was very nice and made the appointment with ease. On the day of my appointment, my technician Matthew B was on time and very very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing. He changed my battery, programmed my keypad and explained what all he did when he was done. He was very personable. In this day and age when customer service isn’t the greatest, I was wowed! Precision Overhead Garage Door was on Angie.com and appeared to have a good reputation & high ratings so we called to have them take a look at our garage door. The door had not been serviced for many years and ended up needing new springs, lubrication & replacement of several other parts.Matthew arrived promptly on time and was very clear in explaining what needed to be done including pictures with detailed explanations. We had the recommended work done and now have a nice warranty on the door and the work that was completed. We would definitely use them again.

They arrived ahead of schedule which was great since it was a last-minute request. But the tech wasn't able to do the work because they do not have the parts for the model of our door. The tech was very kind and gave us some insight as to why our door blew apart like it did. Had to do come more calling and found someone who does work on Wayne-Dalton doors.

I just moved into my first house a little less than a week ago and needed to get my two garage doors operational. One had a bent track, a vintage Sears/Craftsman (ah memories!) opener, and was dented, and the other had no opener at all! I booked my appointment online and Mario Velez was the technician that came out! He was early to the appointment and waited for me to get home as I was 30 minutes out. He was friendly, courteous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! He explained everything that needed to happen with the installation and have me options and solutions when he ran into a snag. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for the scope of work needed (just under $2000.00!) and everything was completed same day! Mario made sure the openers and keypads were programed and working before he left and left my garage exactly the way he found it! I absolutely will be recommending Precision (and Mario!) to anyone I know who needs garage door work done! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! :)

I had a roller that wasn't tracking properly. it wasn't fully seated in the track. I called at about 3:30pm on Friday and explained the problem to Gabby. She told me they would send someone out between 4:00 and 8:00pm. The repairman, Joe, arrive in about 5 minutes took a look at the problem and went to work to replace the roller and get it tracking correctly. Did an inspection and sprayed the rollers and spring with lubricant and finished what he called a tuneup and was gone by 3:50pm. Very impressive for an appointment that was supposed to be 4:00. He finished before the time of the appointment. Great service. Joe is a great repairman.

I called and made an appointment for your service. There is two ads for garage service on tv and I chose Precision because of the honesty and the workers. I felt the other ad was too arrogant. Now, as for the young man that came to service my garage door.....he was polite and he examined the door and explained what the door needed. He did not rush or not care. He was so helpful and again he made sure I had options and what the difference was between the options. I had questions about other parts and he explained what they were for........I didn't even know what they were for and was so surprised how important they are......and he left and everything was cleaned up. I thank Craig Renzaglia for the excellent job he did! No more water coming in under the door and no more worms!!

We had a friend that just had you fix his garage. We called this morning and with an hr. Ahmad Perkins was our technician. He was absolutely the best. We had no idea our open was 24yrs old.
