Matthew went above and beyond to get my garage back to working he found out it was a small problem, but he made sure that I would not have that problem again. I was not home and my wife was here and he just went out of his way to make sure that she understood exactly what he was doing and how he was fixing it. This was just outstanding customer service. Thank you Brian for hiring Matthew and having a great team.

Mathew contacted me when he was on his way and he arrived early. He was very engaging, and shared his intended review of the garage door. He did a diagnostic check, lubed the entire door and then replaced the damaged door to concrete seal. Clean, quick and very professional work. Mathew is a good man. Best regards, Mike

It was great to have access to a repair on a holiday weekend, with NO upcharge! The technician, Jacks, was awesome. I would recommend Precision, and I recommend asking for Jacks as your technician.

My technician, Craig, was wonderful. I recently purchased a house and the door was not running efficiently. Everything is now running well, however, he did suggest I replace it soon. He provided pricing, will have it replaced next spring.

Jaxs arrived on time and finished the job within the time he stated. He was friendly but professional. Explained what needed to be done, gave me a price and that was it. The system operates so much quieter than the previous system. Thank you Jaxs and your company for doing such a great job. I've used Precision in the past and once again I was not disappointed.

My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment to the actual service. The lady I spoke to when making the appointment was very nice and made the appointment with ease. On the day of my appointment, my technician Matthew B was on time and very very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing. He changed my battery, programmed my keypad and explained what all he did when he was done. He was very personable. In this day and age when customer service isn’t the greatest, I was wowed! Customer service at it’s finest!! I will definitely use Precision if I need garage door services in the future and highly recommend to others. Thank you for the world class custoner service!

Precision Overhead Garage Door was on Angie.com and appeared to have a good reputation & high ratings so we called to have them take a look at our garage door. The door had not been serviced for many years and ended up needing new springs, lubrication & replacement of several other parts.Matthew arrived promptly on time and was very clear in explaining what needed to be done including pictures with detailed explanations. We had the recommended work done and now have a nice warranty on the door and the work that was completed. We would definitely use them again.

I liked the fact that Precision sends you a pic of your tech ahead of time. I will be contacting them when I'm ready to purchase a new garage door!

I was so pleased with how quickly I had a response when placing a call for service on a Sunday afternoon for a non functioning garage door opener. I was even more pleased when Colin arrived less than 2 hours later. He was wonderful assessing the situation and showing me the proper care of the garage door in the future.

They arrived ahead of schedule which was great since it was a last-minute request. But the tech wasn't able to do the work because they do not have the parts for the model of our door. The tech was very kind and gave us some insight as to why our door blew apart like it did. Had to do come more calling and found someone who does work on Wayne-Dalton doors.

I just moved into my first house a little less than a week ago and needed to get my two garage doors operational. One had a bent track, a vintage Sears/Craftsman (ah memories!) opener, and was dented, and the other had no opener at all! I booked my appointment online and Mario Velez was the technician that came out! He was early to the appointment and waited for me to get home as I was 30 minutes out. He was friendly, courteous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! He explained everything that needed to happen with the installation and have me options and solutions when he ran into a snag. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for the scope of work needed (just under $2000.00!) and everything was completed same day! Mario made sure the openers and keypads were programed and working before he left and left my garage exactly the way he found it! I absolutely will be recommending Precision (and Mario!) to anyone I know who needs garage door work done! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! :)

I had a roller that wasn't tracking properly. it wasn't fully seated in the track. I called at about 3:30pm on Friday and explained the problem to Gabby. She told me they would send someone out between 4:00 and 8:00pm. The repairman, Joe, arrive in about 5 minutes took a look at the problem and went to work to replace the roller and get it tracking correctly. Did an inspection and sprayed the rollers and spring with lubricant and finished what he called a tuneup and was gone by 3:50pm. Very impressive for an appointment that was supposed to be 4:00. He finished before the time of the appointment. Great service. Joe is a great repairman.

I called and made an appointment for your service. There is two ads for garage service on tv and I chose Precision because of the honesty and the workers. I felt the other ad was too arrogant. Now, as for the young man that came to service my garage door.....he was polite and he examined the door and explained what the door needed. He did not rush or not care. He was so helpful and again he made sure I had options and what the difference was between the options. I had questions about other parts and he explained what they were for........I didn't even know what they were for and was so surprised how important they are......and he left and everything was cleaned up. I thank Craig Renzaglia for the excellent job he did! No more water coming in under the door and no more worms!!
