We called Precision because the company had serviced our garage door some years earlier. The office answered our call promptly and scheduled us for service for the next morning. The technician (Bill) called when he was on the way early that day and, upon arrival, listened attentively as I described the problem we were experiencing with the closing of the door. He then thoroughly checked out the door itself and the opener, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and got to work to address it. He completed the job within half an hour. I was very pleased with my interactions with Bill and with the quality of his work, and I found the cost (which he had quoted in advance) to be reasonable. I was also very pleased with the timeliness of the scheduling and the promptness of the work itself. I would call again when future needs ariase.
