My garage door spring broke while we were out of town. We returned and I called to schedule service. Not only was I scheduled for the same day, the technician called about 20 minutes later and was at my house promptly at the beginning of my service window. We had a broken spring on our two car garage door. I remembered having a broken spring on a garage door in a previous residence 10 years ago. I remembered calling Precision Garage Door Service for the repair. They showed up promptly, did the replacement of the spring in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. When one of the springs broke on our new residence I called Precision again. Set up a appointment yesterday afternoon, got a appointment for the next morning. The technican, Jax, called before he left the shop, showed up when he said he would, explained my options for the repair, what it would cost and went to work. He finished in the time he said it would take and at the cost qouted. I am very happy with the service. professionalism, promptness and price. Jax the technican was great. I'm a satisfied customer for the second time

About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.
