About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.

Matthew Berends and Todd Rupprecht did a great job assessing the problem with our garage door, and were extremely quick to fix it. It took Matthew less than an hour to repair our badly damaged garage door, and the price was very reasonable. The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.

Thank you for your quick response. Colin was very professional and friendly. He explained things well. I know pricing today is what it is. I'm a retired contractor myself. I did have someone who was suppose to show in the morning, they replied after Colin arrived. They said an emergency came up. I know that can happen but at least call to inform us.
