Had an issue with our garage door where the spring broke and cables frayed and loose. Called Precision and got service the next day (and on a SUNDAY!). Our super skilled technician Jaxs was awesome - explained in detail the issue, parts needed to be replaced, took photos, and walked us through the several plan options to resolve the issue. He spent a lot of time assuring we understood what was involved and had superior expertise in the functionality of garage doors. We had great confidence in his recommendation and now have again a functional garage door that is safe and reliable! In addition, the invoice also included the before and after photos. Highly recommended !!! Would call this company again.

I called Precision Door Service because they had worked on my garage door before and did a good job. I called this time because my garage door would not close. They sent a repair person the same day I called. He was Mario. He arrived earlier than when they said he would, but had called before to say that he would and I agreed. He repaired my door eyes in less than an hour and did a good job. The door works fine now.

Colin came out on a Sunday morning to fix a door that wouldn't stay down. It turned out it was due to contact with the fascia board of our garage and not anything to do with the door or sensor. He fixed it, told us what we can do to ensure it doesn't happen again, and all at no charge! Precision Doors is very responsive.
