Review:

Precision had a real person answering the phone whom was able to give me an appointment time for a technician to come out that worked with my schedule. I received a call from the technician 30 minutes before he felt he would arrive, and a text message from the company with a picture of Kurt Schneider. Kurt was courteous answering my questions and thoroughly explaining options for correcting my garage door problem. As a curious senior citizen, Kurt invited me to watch him examine the door for the cause of it not closing, and to watch him fix the door. I was impressed with Kurt's knowledge of the mechanical engineering of garage doors and their operation. He was able to easily see that my door no longer had replacement parts available (at least 33 years old). He was also able to give me accurate information regarding cost of a new door, and a timeline for it to be installed. I forgot to ask just where Precision is located. It was not in the add in the Milton Yellow pages. Though I have seen the adds on TV, I have never picked upon the location from them either. I look forward to having my new garage door installed in 4-5 weeks.

Say continued advertising on 15 news every morning and like the fact that they are veteran owner. Had Curt and evaluate my garage door and we discovered some work was needed, went ahead and everyuthing was great. Hats off the Curt, professional and great personality.

Pedro was awesome! Needed our garage door opener replaced, he checked out our old garage door to make sure it was indeed broke. It was! Gave us multiple options and quickly replaced our opener. I highly recommend Pedro and Precision Door to everyone! They will be servicing our garage doors from now on!
