We choose Precision because this was the company that installed our garage door 2021. I just wanted to have it checked before winter weather sets in. I originally choose Precision as this company respects, cares, and hires military veterans. As a former service member (US Navy) I value helping veterans. Our technician, Jaxs, was just wonderful. My experience with Precision was great. I had a broken spring & two bad cables on my garage door on a Friday night. I called Precision because I liked the commercials & how the people in the commercials talked about the company. They came out on Saturday by 2pm. Matthew was the repair man. He was so friendly & informative & professional. He replaced both springs , two cables & three bearings. In about 1-1/2 hours he was done. The garage was spotless & the door works great. I called at 10 am to make an appointment to have a technician come out and look at my garage door opener, as it was not working correctly. Ahmad Perkins arrived at 1:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I inquired about a new garage door opener being installed because mine was 13 years old. I decided to have Ahmad put in a Genie 2128 right then and there, as he had one in his truck. By 3:30 pm, Ahmad had the new opener installed. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the opener. He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

After reading the reviews, which were all good, I called and was able to have a technician scheduled for Sunday. I have used Precision Door Service for many years now. All of the technicians who have come are very skilled and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain any issues and how we can solve them. I have replaced the garage door, springs and opener with Precision over the years. Today, Technician Stu came to review why my opener was not working properly. As luck would have it, he was the original installer 9 years ago. That was comforting to us to have the same tech come again after 9 years. We had to do a factory reset of the unit because of a recent power surge. That was it. He took the time to spray and inspect the door and hinges. Very professional. Thank you Stu and Precision Door!

FABULOUS service! I contacted 3 other Garage Door places before choosing Precision. None of them seemed all too interested in getting my business. But a real person answered my call to Precision, took all my information promptly and correctly and within minutes I received a confirmation E-Mail telling me exactly who would be coming by and when. An hour before my appointment I received a call from the service person and he told me exactly when he would be stopping by. H was extremely polite, friendly, funny and competent. He explained to me exactly what the problem with my garage door opener was and how he planned to fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Precision.

I called a few garage door places for estimates and most of them were in and out in 10 minutes with minimal measurements and questions on what I was looking for. But Jim from Precision measured thoroughly, asked what type of things I was looking for, and was very honest. He was at my house for over 45 minutes. Tom and another young man installed my door and were just as patient and thorough explaining the features of my new door/opener. The garage door looks outstanding, functions great, and took only a few hours to install. Fantastic experience

Prompt service. Called when he was on his way. Pointed out what was broken and needed repair as well as what was wearing but not yet broken. Provided separate quotes for fixing the broken parts and another quote for what it would cost to also replace the worn parts. Helpfully gave a ball-park estimate as to how long the wearing parts would last so I could decide what I currently wanted to replace. He had a pre-emptive, informative, but not overly pushy approach. Courteous, and quick repair.
