I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door after researching other companies listed on the Internet. Then I just happened to catch a well-produced television commercial about Precision! I was very pleased and impressed with the work of Technician Ahmad Perkins who fixed my aging garage door by replacing the springs, door opener and several other out dated parts. A true professional, Ahmad took the time to answer all my questions as well as engage in some very interesting conversation. When he left I felt like I had just made a new friend! I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. I was treated poorly by another company who was not, in fact, #1, and was treated so we'll with Precision.

Being new to the area, I let the online reviews be my guide. I was able to schedule next day service to have a new garage door opener installed. The technician Jake, arrived at my home early, explained the features of the units that were available, and then went right to work. In just over an hour, the opener was installed. Jake explained the operation and was on his way leaving the garage as neat as it was before performing the service.

Was in an emergency situation, 0730 on my way to work, I looked in Google and your name was listed. I called and spoke with an actual person who was very very helpful and arranged for a technician to come within a few hours. He called me at work and met me at my home. Explained situation, rollers had fallen off on both sides, agreed to replace door and opener. He was able to lower the door which made me feel more secure. He was polite, helpful, explained everything. Super impressed. Very happy I chose your company.
