The Service tech, Jaxs was very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and called prior to him arriving to let me know he was on his way. Great job Jaxs. I would highly recommend him. The only problem I had with Precision Garage Door was when I initially called Monday morning to the 262 area code number. I was told I couldn’t get service until Wednesday. I was very concerned about this because the door was cockeyed, and there was an opening at the bottom that I was afraid an animal or someone would slip through so I went online and booked it myself for Tuesday.

Fantastic work. However seems very expensive for 20 minutes of work. "475 dollars". Okay, I would use precision door again.However, I am diligently searching for a competitor that's less expensive right now prior to my next garage door breakdown.

Precision installed my doors years ago, and I had some trouble with one. I called them and they came out same day to address the issue. The tech was prompt, friendly, and professional. He had the issue corrected in half an hour, and even greased the door as well! I didn’t pay a cent as the warranty covered everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to call precision again for any kind of work!

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we had a garage door installed by this company last year and we were having some issues with the door (it became noisy when opening and closing). Hector, the installer, came out and solved our problem immediately. He was very kind and explained again about the simple maintenance that should be done occasionally which we had neglected to do. He took his time to show us how to do this (again) and answer any questions we had. Very professional and helpful! Thank you Hector!!!!

100% professionalism throughout. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Expedient . Not easy these days to go to leave for work at 7 am to find the garage door inoperable and have it fully repaired and even upgraded by 9:45 am SAME DAY and on a weekend no less. That in itself is a bonus, and the double down for me is Veteran Owned. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience . My garage door broke very suddenly when I was trying to leave for work. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision. After reading through the many positive reviews, I decided to call them. The lady on the phone scheduled me an appointment same-day which was a Saturday. This made me very happy as I thought I would have to wait until mid week. I received a call from the technician, Aaron shortly thereafter to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived, he inspected the door and gave me quote for the necessary repair. There was also another minor issue from the previous owner that has caused me some concern for years that I brought up to him that he was also able to correct. He did all the work in under two hours and my door was working like new. I am very happy with the service. Aaron was very pleasant. The cost was about what I expected to spend. And the speed at which everything happened was just phenomenal. Thank you very much!

I was so satisfied with Jake Roszinas quick and efficient service. I called over the weekend and they were there first thing Monday morning. From walking me through what was causing the issue to providing multiple options moving forward, the experience with Jake and precision door was amazing.
