The Service tech, Jaxs was very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and called prior to him arriving to let me know he was on his way. Great job Jaxs. I would highly recommend him. The only problem I had with Precision Garage Door was when I initially called Monday morning to the 262 area code number. I was told I couldn’t get service until Wednesday. I was very concerned about this because the door was cockeyed, and there was an opening at the bottom that I was afraid an animal or someone would slip through so I went online and booked it myself for Tuesday.

You showed up early, we tlked about some options. We agreed on one thst made sense to me with now sales pressure and you got the job done. When finished we went over warranty information and since I went ahead and had the opener replaced as well as the repairs. We went over operation of all components. Highly professional. GREAT JOB!

Fantastic work. However seems very expensive for 20 minutes of work. "475 dollars". Okay, I would use precision door again.However, I am diligently searching for a competitor that's less expensive right now prior to my next garage door breakdown.

Returning customer here. Keypad didn’t work and the door made stress sounds going up. It’s only nine years old so we asked to have someone just take a look. What a gentleman, so knowledgeable about garage doors. Fixed the keypad immediately, didn’t need replacing. The door needed balancing (adjusting the spring). We also decided to replace the wheels because my husband didn’t like the noise. Once we got a quiet dishwasher, everything needs to be quiet. So now I have to figure out a new way to know when the teens get home. I can’t hear the garage door anymore. We will keep returning to Precision. Probably in nine more years.

He explained what he was going to do and when finished, he explained how to care for the rollers, etc. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Service when I have other problems with my garage door. Precision installed my doors years ago, and I had some trouble with one. I called them and they came out same day to address the issue. The tech was prompt, friendly, and professional. He had the issue corrected in half an hour, and even greased the door as well! I didn’t pay a cent as the warranty covered everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to call precision again for any kind of work!

Our spring broke and our vehicles were trapped. I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call on the Saturday after the Fourth of July. Technician Matthew Berends was friendly, thorough, and explained options for the broken spring as well as some other general maintenance, but did not force the issue as an upsell if I didn’t want the work done. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. I would use this company again and recommend them.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we had a garage door installed by this company last year and we were having some issues with the door (it became noisy when opening and closing). Hector, the installer, came out and solved our problem immediately. He was very kind and explained again about the simple maintenance that should be done occasionally which we had neglected to do. He took his time to show us how to do this (again) and answer any questions we had. Very professional and helpful! Thank you Hector!!!!

Good communication with Mario the technician, estimate cost & time frame discussed before work stated, technician showed all completed work ,asked if I had questions, would have been nice if he swept up when he was done, I understand it's a garage but, a small mess is still a mess

100% professionalism throughout. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Expedient . Not easy these days to go to leave for work at 7 am to find the garage door inoperable and have it fully repaired and even upgraded by 9:45 am SAME DAY and on a weekend no less. That in itself is a bonus, and the double down for me is Veteran Owned. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience . To anyone reading reviews to decide, just make the call Precision is 100 percent OUTSTANDING

Friendly enough people but found out too late that they could not work on my garage door issue since it was a setup they were not allowed to work on, even though it is a Genie system. As a result I had to pay the travel fee ($70). Be careful to ask before they come out to make sure they can do the work.

a sudden issue came up with my garage door openers, did not know who to contact, etc. I saw precision online and I read the reviews so I set up an appointment. The guys came for an estimate. I thought it was very fair. They actually did the work right then and there And we’re very happy with the quality and the professionalism of the installers. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody in the future and I will definitely keep their number if needed again.
