Brian cam early after calling. He fixed the door and pointed a broken spring. He was fair in allowing the use of a website coupon that was on the phone order. He explained how to maintain the door. He allowed me time to check his work througuhly. He was very polite and efficient. They fixed the door after I called them at 9:30p.m. at night. He was honest about what would happen if the springs were not fixed. Great job, 5 five start rating for promptness, honesty, efficeincy, good cleanup after the job, and patience,.

He did a few little adjustments and told me if it started again, to call. He explained the bill to me and about the charge being taken off if l called again within 30 days. Rob Larson was extremely helpful. He got the door repaired quickly on a cold blizzard day. He was knowledgable and explained my options well. Called several service providers on a Saturday evening, Precision was the only outfit to return my call so they got my business. The service tech was on time and called prior to arrival. His work was promt and you could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced. Only complaint is the cost of the springs:$99.00 each with cost of center bearing added to that. I did ask if he had a bottom seal for my door which needed to be replaced -- unfortunately I didnt mention that when I scheduled the service but he did have a high quality seal on his truck which he installed (again, only beef here is the price of the item). All in all the service tech was professional, prompt and meticulous with his work. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and other than the items he installed, left no trace of his visit. Very pleased with precisions service and would recommend to a friend with no hesitation. I would recommend comparing prices to gauge what is typical for the Madison area.
