The person who installed did a great job. When I called office and told them about a discount due to coupon, she said I should have said something when it was installed. I did not receive a copy of invoice. I emailed and called twice and was advised someone would contact me. Still waiting! Very disappointed with service.

When I searched for a Garage Door service company, they had a very fair approach to pricing and how they charge a customer. The Tech was very professional and also polite and friendly. Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job getting our garage door back in great condition. Getting the text reminder of the service was very helpful and I specially appreciated when the service guy was on his way out that they sent a picture and his name. Our repair guy, Joseph was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Besides replacing the obviously broken spring he checked other parts and found that a cable needed to be replaced that was quite badly frayed and would not have lasted much longer. He had everything in his well stocked truck to make the job quick. He completed the repair in less than 40 minutes, finishing off with a quick lube of everything.

Technicians are nice and capable, but products and warranty are garbage. Precision installed (among other things) a new exterior keypad in March. In December (9 months later) it froze shut so completely that it ripped off the frame when we tried to open it, destroying the keypad exterior and internal circuit board. We have lived in Wisconsin our entire lives and have never had a keypad do that, and our technician said he had never seen it. Nonetheless, despite being within the one year warranty period we were told we had to pay full price because it was caused by "an act of nature" (as opposed to the low quality materials it is made with). And had to pay for the service call. Total rip off and will not use again.

Precision offered me next-day service on a holiday, which I declined, but they were able to be here on the very next business day, accommodating my preference for an afternoon appointment. Kurt arrived early on in the time frame they had given me, and made all the needed repairs within a very short time. He explained everything very well, was professional, courteous and personable. I had seen Precision advertised on TV, and am so glad I called them. I recommend them very highly!

We had what turned out to be a broken door spring. We contacted Precision Overhead Door and are we ever glad we did, Our tech showed up before the scheduled time and took the time to show me the problems with our aging door system. Tortion spring broke with my car inside the garage without a way out. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door company who arranged an appointment to repair the garage door on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. Repair person came on time and fixed everything in 2 hours.
