From the scheduling staff to our service tech, Pedro Vazquez (who I would request in the future) - everyone was very friendly & polite to work with, & very accommodating. Pedro was exceptionally respectful of our home & our time...very thorough & patient - providing a detailed yet efficient description of service & parts needed. And, the service return time was very good...Pedro even called us & asked if we would like him to come a bit earlier than scheduled, as we had requested if possible...much appreciated! :)

I have been watching your Ad during the channel 15 news each morning as I get ready for work. I finally decided to give you a call. Setting up the appointment was easy and fast. There was a time slot for the very next day. That didn’t work for me due to work. I was able to schedule for a time that worked for me. Kurt arrived on time for the appointment. Very friendly and personable. He asked me my concerns and listened. I was provided a good, better, best option. Told me it would take about an hour but, he finished slightly ahead of time. My garage door sounds better today than the day I bought my house new. I could not be happier. Kurt was great to work with. Local businesses could use more Kurt’s. I absolutely pleased with service and repair. So happy I called.

Wow! I called today about problems with my "possessed" garage door. Joe arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, explained solutions without trying to pressure a sale and within 2 hours installed a new opener, keypad, spring unit and helped me set up an app on my phone for my new opener! Plus, there was nothing I had to clean up! I am impressed!

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Joseph Gaona, the technician who completed the repairs to my garage door. I was surprised that I could schedule an appointment on the day I called. Joe arrived when he said he would and gave me three options to choose from for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to choose the most expensive options, but rather the option that met my needs. The work was done in a timely fashion with explanations given for each repair. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

On one of the coldest days of the year the garage door (tension spring) decided to break. On referral from a friend I called Precision and was not disappointed. Called at noon and later the afternoon Pedro was here to fix the door. He explained everything and also what it would take to fix. He also explained the maintenance for a garage door ( had no clue that that was a thing) Good to know ! Roughly an hour later the job was done. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient. Called late morning on a Friday to have the bottom threshold replaced. Our technician Derrick arrived as scheduled, installed the new threshold, lubricated the door and hauled away the old threshold. He’s serviced other homes in our community and we’re all very happy!
