The person who installed did a great job. When I called office and told them about a discount due to coupon, she said I should have said something when it was installed. I did not receive a copy of invoice. I emailed and called twice and was advised someone would contact me. Still waiting! Very disappointed with service.

lI am the Resident Manager at Stoughton Properties on Jackson St in Stoughton. Early Sat evening I got a text from the tenants in 2014 that the spring on their garage door broke. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment Monday between 12-4. On Mon Pedro called me around 12:15 to let me know he would be here in appx 45 min. He looked at the garage door and then explained to me what would have to be done, what the cost would be and how long it would take. I also talked with him about what the approximate cost would be to replace the 8 garage doors. They are old, very heavy wooden doors that keep breaking. He was very professional and explained what he thought would be the best route to go, provided me with brochures that I could share with the landlord. He told me if the landlord wanted an estimate that he would write one up for us. Pedro was very patient, professional, and did not hurry his work. This is the 2nd time he has worked with us and I would not hesitate to ask for an appointment with him.

Matt was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to improve our garage door functioning. He was able to make all repairs on two doors, including new garage door openers installed that same day. Our doors open so much more quietly now and we were very happy with his service.

I've seen the commercials on TV. I've known for some time that my garage doors needed attention. I finally made the call. First class service right away, they were able to come that day. That is unheard of in this day. I wasn't available so we scheduled their service call for the next day. My technician Pedro, who is amazing, called before he came to ensure the timing would work with my schedule. He pulled up right on time. We chatted about my issues with my door. Pedro then began his inspection. Upon completion of that inspection he and I spoke about the issues my garage door was experiencing. He then went over solutions and cost. He clearly explained every step and why it was needed or not needed. In the end he completed the approved work in a very timely fashion. I paid my bill and he went on his way. This company is very friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others, and I did. Thank you

A cable broke on our garage door and I called Precision based on the excellent reviews that I saw when looking for someone to repair the door. From the lady on the phone for scheduling to Colby (our repair person) my experience with Precision was awesome. I love that they send you and email and let you see the picture of your repair person. Colby was running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier. He explained everything and suggested what we should do to keep our garage door in tiptop shape. I found the full page ad in the Yellow Pages. By the way, if you mention you saw the ad you get $20 off your bill. This company knows how to communicate. There was an e-mail before and after the visit. I even got to see a photo and read a bio of Jezrel before he arrived. We were greeted by his beautiful smile, followed by his good service. He was kind and considerate and explained what he did.

Called on Monday afternoon, Mike Z was there Tuesday morning to give an estimate on our damaged door. Mike was on time, friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He answered all of the questions I had, and told me a few things I wouldn't have thought to ask. It was a very good experience. He also did not try to upsell us unnecessarily, which I appreciated.

Back in January I had a new garage door installed. At that time your advertising was the main reason I called you. This time I was having trouble with my garage door shutting completely. I thought it had something to do with the programming, but the wire coming to the eye was frayed causing shorts in the signal. Both times, the Service Technicians were informed, gave great explanations as to the problem, took time to educate me on how to avoid the problem, fix the problem myself or what to watch for, Performed the service needed in a timely manner and were very fair with the billing. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Precision was listed as a local company in the Stoughton Home Town Yellow Pages. Door would not close in cold weather. By the time Precision got here it had warmed up and was working. We had worn bearing, rollers, mis-aligned frame, hard to manually close & open the door. Precision repaced bearings, most rollers, re-aligned the frame to the door by cutting out the drywall edge to accomplish this. They also adjusted the tension settings. Rob explained all that was going on, future problems with an under size motor for weight of the door and high force settings currently on the opener. I give them 5 stars on all for report card.
