Broken Spring service was very prompt and the work appears to be well-done. Serviceman explained the problems and solutions clearly. I took one star off for cost. Seemed a little high, and serviceman up-sold some additional part replacements. But I think they were necessary. And when you need something done fast, cost is not likely to be low. If the repairs hold up and the work is good, I definitely would use Precision again.

Called this morning to have my garage door cable repaired and had the service technician (Joe M.) here is less than 1.5 hours! Super fast customer service and Joe replaced the broken cable, installed another cable on the other side of the door to avoid a future problem, replaced the cable brackets, did a very thorough job of inspecting both garage doors and making recommendations on other potential service issues in the future. Very satisfied with the excellent service and repair of my garage door!
