Rob Larson was extremely helpful. He got the door repaired quickly on a cold blizzard day. He was knowledgable and explained my options well. I would certaily ask for him again if I need any more work done. The person who also answered the phone the day that I called was very nice and squeezed me in a busy day when I couldn't get my door up or down.

Prompt and courteous. Rob Larson & Patrick Raffel did a great job and were done in an hour. We just moved into this house in June. The garage door was an older model original that was put in when the house was built. Both technicians were kind and friendly.

Called several service providers on a Saturday evening, Precision was the only outfit to return my call so they got my business. The service tech was on time and called prior to arrival. His work was promt and you could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced. Only complaint is the cost of the springs:$99.00 each with cost of center bearing added to that. I did ask if he had a bottom seal for my door which needed to be replaced -- unfortunately I didnt mention that when I scheduled the service but he did have a high quality seal on his truck which he installed (again, only beef here is the price of the item). All in all the service tech was professional, prompt and meticulous with his work. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and other than the items he installed, left no trace of his visit. Very pleased with precisions service and would recommend to a friend with no hesitation. I would recommend comparing prices to gauge what is typical for the Madison area.
