Our garage door spring broke. I called at 8am and the technician, Jacob, was at my house at 9:30am that same day. I also needed a new garage door opener. He fixed our door and installed our opener in one visit! We have used them in the past and will continue to use them for any garage door needs. They are wonderful!!

I was especially impressed by the competence of the technician. He readily diagnosed the problem(s) and expertly installed the necessary parts. He was knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. Being emailed a picture and information in advanced about the technician was a nice touch. The only negative was that I was a bit taken aback by the high cost of the repairs.

First off, your email to us with photos of the person coming out was awesome. I wasn't home but my wife and son tell me the technician was very helpful, checked all three doors, advised on why our light bulbs were burning out so quickly on the door openers and just went through everything to insure all was working. I thought it was going to cost more than it did which is very impressive. So in a nutshell, value from price standpoint, service was superb and your company appears to be far more professional than any other I have dealt with and I am referring to all kinds of service businesses. So thank you very much for helping us and I wish you success because no doubt you will have it. As to a rating absolutely a 5 but I would say a 10!

I called Precision because the ad that was placed in the Yellow Pages stated that they could do custom garage doors. I called the number in the book and talked with a very nice lady, she also told me that it was possible to make a custom garage door. When the sale rep/ service tech came to give me a quote, he pulled out his brochures of factory made doors, none of which would fit my needs. Dave said he would go back to the office and that Precision Door would get back to me with a quote for the door that I requested. That very same afternoon I received a call from Dave telling me that they could not produce the door I requested.
We are very sorry that we could not accommodate your needs. There are, unfortunately, some doors that we are unable to have made due to size restrictions from the manufacturer. This is the very reason we like to send someone to your, home at no cost to you, to get accurate measurements as well as an "eyes on" perspective. Once again, we are very sorry that we could not get a door that fit your needs.
