Great Service! The Precision technician notified me of his arrival time and showed up promptly. After hearing of the problem I had with my keypad, he inspected my door opener. As I no longer climb more than two steps up a ladder, he kindly took a photo of the numbers inside the light cover, so I would have all the numbers affiliated with my opener at hand for future use. My keypad would not reset for me but the technician was able to reprogram it. He tested it several times, extended my warranty for 90 days as it is due to expire in a few weeks, and advised that if it malfunctioned again, Precision Overhead Garage Door would replace the keypad. I couldn't ask for more polite, thorough service. We did determine that power outages in prior weeks probable were the cause of my keypad problem. Total satisfaction! Fantastic!!!

The repairman called first and arrived on time to work with our problem with our wifi camera system. He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and worked with little problem in our garage. He did not leave until the problem was resolved. A very nice young man.

The service tech was prompt, courteous and professional in solving the issue. Gold Star! The only issue I have is that we were able to diagnose the problem on our own...we knew that the problem was with the opener pad attached to a wall near our entry way but could not just purchase a new one and install it ourselves. This was two simple wires to attached and solve the problem if we could have had access to a new part. That option was even asked in setting up the appointment but denied. It must be a service call and installed by the technician or nothing. Not the best.

My spring broke at 9:30pm at night- I was able to book an appointment for 10am the next morning. The technician called mat at 8am, saying he was ahead of schedule, if I was home he could come right over. My whole problem was fixed within an hour, and no additional fees for it being the weekend. The technician provided all the details, answered all my questions, and left everything clean and in working order. I would absolutely recommend Precision again. I was very happy with the service and communication from the tech and the company as a whole.

Jax was extremely professional and helpful. He took a look at our door that had just been backed into and was able to get it functioning again with lubricant. Also he didn’t charge us the trip fee given it didn’t require much to get working and we are looking to just replace the door anyway. Great experience and look forward to picking out a new door!

The technician Craig Renzaglia was extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to get our garage operating again. He showed us other things that needed to be replaced and explained why, but still gave us the options to keep it more affordable. We decided to do what he recommended because he really seems like an honest guy. He performed the labor im a timely manner, and our garage opens and closes flawlessly. This is our second time using Precision and we have been satisfied both times.
