After suspecting a broken spring on our garage door opener late Wednesday night after taking garbage cans out, I knew I'd have to search for online repair sites. I checked out various companies and chose Precision Door based primarily on reviews. I also liked that it was a Veteran owned company, as my husband is a Vietnam veteran. A technician named Jake R. showed up at my door within a few hours of my call, and he also called to let me know he was on his way. He was so courteous and respectful...and he was a dog lover as well which made our Phoebe more comfortable. Ruff, ruff! Jake diagnosed the issues immediately. He's very knowledgeable about his job and is eager to educate anyone who needs to know more about garage door opener springs, rollers, cables, brackets, boxes, keypads, etc. I got Garage Door Opener Class 101 in a matter of minutes! He was also sure to explain the differing 3 plans and their financial comparisons. There was no pressure on which plan to choose. I felt that Jake was refreshingly authentic and has a high work standard. He is an exemplary representative of Precision Door. I will highly recommend your company to others in need. Thank you for a job well done!

Thanks for the fast response and service! My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Colin Horsch replaced the spring in no time and gave me great tips to maintain my garage door for the long haul. The unexpected cost is always tough to take but I appreciate the quick and courteous service from Colin.

Jacob did a great job. Showed me the problem and talked me through why it was an issue. Professional and courteous. And, I like that you give me a Good, Better and Best option. Also, I appreciate walking through things after repair and giving advice on how to service/maintain. The only thing I can complain about is I feel like all the options were expensive. I did the minimal Good option and $1k seems like a lot for a couple of cables and springs (and requisite labor). I also think the trip charge should be rolled into bill if I elect to have you do the work like other business' do. I would definitely recommend, but due diligence on quotes I guess.

No issues at all with Precision Door. Jacob did a great job installing our new garage door opener. The only issue I have is my 2018 GMC Terrain Denali uses Homelink to program the new garage door opener and our Lift Master model is not listed yet on the Homelink website because is is to new of model LOL. I put in a request to Homelink support but no response so far. Thanks for the great service.

Garage door spring broke didn't know who to call. Happened to see an ad on tv for Precision garage door repair. I called them around 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning and by 1 that afternoon my door was repaired. Thnaks Precision for you timely responce. Our technician Steve G. did an outstanding job! I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Door. I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. He ended up replacing both springs, the bearing plates, safety eyes and wiring. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. Thank you.

Precision Door Service is a SCAM. I called and scheduled a service for a broken cable and was quoted on the phone a price of $90-$120 + a unheard of surcharge of an additional $15. Service tech arrived and told me that I now would need Bottom Brackets at $70.00 a pair ( You can buy them at Menards for $10.00 a pair) and I would also be charged $150.00 to have the springs retention. Service Tech now estimated the job would cost in total about $450.00, almost four times what I was originally quoted! I told the Technician to leave because I wasn't going to pay that much for a simple repair. On a side note I was able to secure a different provider to replace both cables, bottom brackets with new nylon rollers, retention the main springs and completely lubricate the rollers, hinges, bearings and even the overhead door opener for $150.00!!!

Very courteous, both the person that answered the phone and the tech that did the work. Work was done very well and quickly. Also, they communicated with me! Got an email confirmation after setting the appointment, got a reminder email the day before the appointment and the tech called when he was driving to my house. Excellent experience.

I called for a garage door repair at 8:00am on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before noon! The service technician, Jason, was extremely friendly and explained the issue and the repair. He also walked me through different services I can have done in the future on the other garage doors if they have issues. The repair was done very fast! They did an excellent job!

I chose Precision Garage Door by looking at reviews online from people in my area. Jacob called to let me know the precise time he would be at my house. After assessing the problem with my garage door opener, he offered three options I could choose to fix it. He was very good at explaining the mechanics of the garage door and opener and was very knowledgable. After I chose a new opener (since mine was 28 years old), Jacob installed it in a timely fashioned of a little over an hour, showed me how it worked, entered my code and was on his way. He also took all of the parts of my old unit and cleaned up. I would definitely call this company again.
