I called for a garage door repair at 8:00am on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before noon! The service technician, Jason, was extremely friendly and explained the issue and the repair. He also walked me through different services I can have done in the future on the other garage doors if they have issues. The repair was done very fast! They did an excellent job!

I initially called Precision because they were advertised in my local Mukwonago Home Pages. They were at my home within 24 hrs. They were punctual and efficient. The serviceman was polite and gave me a sense of what I will need to expect in repairs coming up on my old door.

I was very pleased with my garage door repair. I like that the repairman was easily recognizable by his uniform, truck and name tag and that I was given his name in advance for my own protection. The broken cable was fixed without any sales pitch to replace other parts I didn't need. My only suggestion is to get a paper receipt. I never did get a copy on my Email, despite calling and asking for it.

Good sevice from the very beginniing. The guy was at my home the same day and added a splice to let me use the door until a new one came in. The door came in right on the date they told me. Installation was smooth, clean and looks good. Nice prices.

The tech was good, and fast. I would have rated 5 start if not for the phone rep who quoted me $99.00 per spring and after install the price for a different spring that was put in was $169.00 per spring. Phone rep should have informed me of the 2 choices and then when repair tech came out I could be the one to make the decision.

I did not get a chance to meet Mike personally, but chatted with him over the phone regarding my needed repairs. He was a pleasure to work with - very knowledgable and gave me some good advice yet did not try to "upsell" me on things that I did not really need. I could not be happier with the work he did for us - I'd give him 6 starts if I could!

Last Wed the 25th of January our garage door opener decided to stop! Okay, who to do...open the yellow pages! I then called Precision Door because they service the Mukwonago area. I called and Rachel (a very kind customer service person) set me up for an appointment that same day! Mike arrived! He was professional, articulate and extremely knowledgeable on all of his product! He was very quick to give us his diagnoses along with his free advise! We ended up having a new opener installed. Mike was quick and thorough! We are so pleased with the service all the way around from Precision Door and will strongly recommend them! In this day and age of declining customer service, it was very refreshing to meet Mike!
