Our garage door broke Friday night and I got up early on Saturday and made several calls to get the door fixed. Shortly after I received a call from Precision Door. They said they could be at my home around noon. I said yes and the repair men were there on time. They gave me three quotes for the repair and after I selected the one I wanted they did the repair. The did an excellent job and I would use them again.

We needed our broken garage door springs repaired in a hurry late in the day on a Friday. Precision sent a technician out within a few hours of my call. Prior to his arrival I rec'd an email confirming all details including l who my technician would be. Harris arrived early, was very professional and efficient, and completed the job in less than one hour. He was also able to make other repairs to the garage door that I already knew we needed, but hadn't done anything about. Very happy with the service and the professional manner in which business is conducted. Would highly recommend!

I found your ad in the phone book, as our garage door broke at 6AM. I saw there was 24 hour service, which we needed. The phone was answered immediately and they scheduled Stu to arrive early. He was timely, professional, knowledgable, and fixed the problem quickly. He suggested new rollers to help support our heavy garage doors. We would and recommend your company again.

We called later in the afternoon and the technician was here within 2 hours! He was very personable and easily addressed the problem. Just like the last group that was here to replace the garage door opener(on the other door), spoke in a language that we could understand. He did not try to oversell on something that did not need to be fixed, just found the problem and fixed it.
