The service tech was prompt, courteous and professional in solving the issue. Gold Star! The only issue I have is that we were able to diagnose the problem on our own...we knew that the problem was with the opener pad attached to a wall near our entry way but could not just purchase a new one and install it ourselves. This was two simple wires to attached and solve the problem if we could have had access to a new part. That option was even asked in setting up the appointment but denied. It must be a service call and installed by the technician or nothing. Not the best.

Estimate was good, work was done the day after I broke a spring and called. Jake did an excellent job with instillation of new spring, cables, and both new openers, as the old ones were about 25 years old. Reasonable price for labor and materials, and the new openers are great. All work done in about 3 hours, very neat, clean and professional, explained workings of all to me. Thank you Jake!

Someone hit one side of my garage door and knocked the wall back 10". Insurance gave me your name because when I called them, I used the magic word "garage door" instead of "garage wall" (the problem was the track moved with the wall, and we could not get the door open). They inspected the door and said if you get the wall back, the track looks good. But if problems happen, we won't charge you for coming out again.

Worked with Scott, our door was damaged from the great Oconomowoc hail storm of 2022. Scott was super friendly, took time to explain everything, and was just really great to work with. The 2-man installation team was hilarious, friendly, played some great throwback jams, and did a fantastic job. They were in and out in like 2.5 to 3 hours and their work was 10/10. If you need a garage door, you can't go wrong with Precision. Thanks for everything!

I entered my request for a quote through BBB. One of your employees called and immediately wanted to schedule the service. I had to stop her and tell her I wanted an estimate for replacing my 2 torsion springs, she then quoted $189.00. You can imaging my shock when I talked to my wife before coming home from work and hearing the bill was $699.95. My wife said the tech was very nice and I'm sure he did quality work, but the price difference is quite shocking. I believe your company may need to slow down and read the emails more carefully and reply to them as asked. Also if the person calling doesn't know all the info, than maybe take the time talk to a service or sales manager to be accurate.
