Great service- I called one afternoon and they were able to schedule us for the next morning. Matthew communicated well, was on time, and friendly. A roller came off the door tract on on my overhead garage door on a Friday. Precision Door Service sent a repair technician out on Saturday morning to fix it! He inspected entire door function, lubricated hinges and rollers, and explained how to keep them lubricated every six months. He was very thorough in his inspection and completed the work efficiently. Their service call was waived after doing the repair and their pricing is very affordable and low in comparison to other garage door companies. I would highly recommend Precision Door Company.

I’m extremely impressed with the service from Precision Overhead Door, I called them with my garage door issues and I was originally given a late afternoon appointment time. The technician called me within two hours after I had called and was on his way to fix my door. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. My garage door only opens about one third of the way, but only when the outside temperature is below 25*. The technician made some adjustments so that it works for now. He also quoted me and informed me of the options. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be contacting your office to discuss replacing the current opener with your top model. I’m going on vacation next week so after I return, I will have your company to have the work done. One of the other companies I called didn’t have the time or energy to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. I give you six stars out of five.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because of their BBB rating. I was lucky that a technician was available in one hour as I could not open my garage door. My technician Jake R. was very professional and went over my garage door inspection. He showed me all of my options and costs available without a high pressure sale. I was very happy with my experience.

Overall, I did not have a good experience working with you guys and I would not recommend you to anyone. To start I was originally told the job would take 6-8 weeks and it ended up being almost 6 months by the time the doors were installed. I had two doors installed a 10x10 and a 18x10. The 10x10 turned out fine, but the 18x10 I thought was installed very sloppy and careless. There are a lot of mis-drilled drilled holes, there a gaps left around the weather seals. It also looks like one of the back braces was ordered incorrectly but installed anyways. Your technicians also had to come back multiple times to finish the job. Your phone system is also terrible and very impersonable. When I was told someone would call me back, I never received a call back. I also feel I am a very realistic person when it comes to projects and understand mistakes happen and things can take longer than what was originally promised, but this project was not handled correctly and dragged on way too long.

Young man was very professional and knowledgeable, gave explanations in what he was doing and why. Saved me money by performing adjustments and not replacing what I thought was needed. He could have just performed what I asked and charged me accordingly but chose to explain why I didn’t need to do what I wanted then showed me. Very impressed with his integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend him and Precision Overhead Garage Door!

I called Precision on a Sunday (3/27/2023) for a problem I was having with a 23 year old garage door opener. The technician arrived at 8:15 the next morning and went right to work. I knew I needed a new opener and he provided me with many options. He explained each one to me and I told him which one I wanted. I went with the Genie belt drive. He went right to work and was finished within an hour. He explained everything to me, I had only a few questions and he cleaned up and hauled away everything. The technician's name is Jake Roszina. He was very friendly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would ask for him by name. I highly recommend this company.

Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

Precision Garage stood up to their warranty when we found out our spring broke. They replaced the cables and lived the garage.
