Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

Thank you for the excellent service. I clipped the lowest panel on my garage door, and thought, oh no, this won't get fixed today (and a little embarrassing). Called Precision, Marco came out. Called me when he got to our house (I was away at an appointment). Said he could repair today. I was so thankful. Got home, and door looked like new. I'd give Marco and Precision 10 out of 10 kudos. Hello Brian, I hired Precision Door because of the policy for a free inspection trip. The technician Matthew replaced a broken cable bracket on the bottom of the door yesterday, re-tensioned the springs, and said we have a one year warranty. This morning, my wife and I were unable to lift the door and believe it's because the springs aren't tensioned tight enough. We didn't have that problem prior to this time. I will call your office this morning once it opens, and ask for the follow-up visit to get the adjustment. Thank you. John Misany
