Hello Brian, I hired Precision Door because of the policy for a free inspection trip. The technician Matthew replaced a broken cable bracket on the bottom of the door yesterday, re-tensioned the springs, and said we have a one year warranty. This morning, my wife and I were unable to lift the door and believe it's because the springs aren't tensioned tight enough. We didn't have that problem prior to this time. I will call your office this morning once it opens, and ask for the follow-up visit to get the adjustment. Thank you. John Misany

Colin arrived yesterday right on time to replace our old opener. Was glad to have someone come on the 4th of July weekend. Explained very well the options we had. Examined all the old door components to see if they were still good. Our old opener died after 17 years. Put in all new opener and new keypads. Camera on new unit a nice touch, Was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but so is everything else nowadays. Was done in less than 2 hours, Cleaned up very well and hauled offer all the old pieces .

Found my garage door in distress when I got home yesterday, made a phone call and spoke to their evening on call person. He was great, made me feel like they had me without being sales-ee. Made an appointment for the very next morning with a window of 8am-10am. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon when I tried to close my garage door, but it refused to comply. I saw that one of my cables was loose and the other looked like spaghetti noodles, all loose and twisted. I called Precision and was able to secure a spot on Sunday. The garage door tech called a half hour before arrival and got at our house promptly. He was very knowledgeable and recommended new rollers as ours had some wear. He replaced them and redid our cables. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was so relieved to get the work done on a Sunday, especially by a wonderful tech.
