I requested quotes from several companies. The only one that returned my call was precision and they did so within the same work day. I scheduled an appointment. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly. Very helpful. Was honest about options and gave me a quote that I believed was fair. Had a great experience, exceeded expectations, all the garage door issues were addressed and resolved. This was a Saturday same day appointment, no emergency charge. The tech, Mario, was at the house approx. 2 hours ahead of schedule...excellent! The garage door was in need of some major TLC, more than just springs. Mario assessed and explained everything, gave me some options and went to work on it. For the amount of work the door needed, Mario had it completed way sooner than I anticipated. Really happy with the whole experience. If every company/business had someone like Mario representing them, there would be a lot of 5 star reviews out there.

After my garage door cable snapped, I called Precision because I had used them before. I called on Monday and Jaxs was at my home the next day at 8 am. He was professional and friendly and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He showed me photos to detail the problem with my door and the repairs needed. He also was honest with me and told me I did not need a new garage door nor did I need to replace the springs at this time. I was 100% satisfied with Jaxs and the service he provided. I will definitely call Precision again when I have an issue with my garage door and I highly recommend them.

The spring broke on our garage door on Saturday July 4th. I was able to schedule a service call on Sunday July 5th, using their online system. (It was very easy to do.) Their service tech Jax called me when he was on his way to our home. He inspected the food, took pictures of everything and gave me a written estimate for the repairs. One of the bearings had froze, scared the shaft and caused one of the springs to break. Jax replaced both springs ( they were 22 years old, so the other one was bound to go soon). He also replaced the three bearings and shaft. He cleaned up after the repair, walked me through all repairs and emailed me the before and after pictures along with the invoice. He was on time, professional, and did a great job. I would call them again if we ever needed work done.

Service was excellent, but pricing was outrageous! It was the holiday and I needed the door repaired, so had to pay it, but it was twice what online feedback said it should be.

Great service- I called one afternoon and they were able to schedule us for the next morning. Matthew communicated well, was on time, and friendly. He presented us with multiple options and cost ranges for our repair. He didn't seem to push one over another but gave his professional opinion. The technician was awesome, fully explained everything. The pricing however is not competitive and I would not have done the repair if I did not need the door to work that day. The additional $250.00 "safety charge" is pure mark up. Price should have been $375.00 for the spring installed. For this reason I will not be a repeat customer

I had a door spring break, and after consulting with my friends, called Precision. Kailee did a great job greeting me, asking about the issue and getting me on the schedule. Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, and was very friendly. He assessed the garage door, springs and other systems, and gave me several options. I did opt to only do the springs at this time, but the next time my garage door needs service, Precision is getting the call. Mario was on the task and made sure everything was done well. He showed me what to lubricate to keep problems to a minimum, and was fantastic to work with.

A roller came off the door tract on on my overhead garage door on a Friday. Precision Door Service sent a repair technician out on Saturday morning to fix it! He inspected entire door function, lubricated hinges and rollers, and explained how to keep them lubricated every six months. He was very thorough in his inspection and completed the work efficiently. Their service call was waived after doing the repair and their pricing is very affordable and low in comparison to other garage door companies. I would highly recommend Precision Door Company.
