We really appreciated your 7 day/week availability as our door broke at 4:30 pm. on a Saturday. The crew member was able to get the door open so that we could get our cars out of the garage. He presented our options for repair or replacement of our 35 year old garage door which was very helpful. We felt no pressure for a sale from him, just a clear explanation of what our options were.

Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

Thank you for the excellent service. I clipped the lowest panel on my garage door, and thought, oh no, this won't get fixed today (and a little embarrassing). Called Precision, Marco came out. Called me when he got to our house (I was away at an appointment). Said he could repair today. I was so thankful. Got home, and door looked like new. I'd give Marco and Precision 10 out of 10 kudos.
