Had a door opener problem. Mario called when he was on his way. He diagnosed my problem and gave me repair options. Made my choice and repairs were made an hour later. Problem solved. Garage coils snapped and things were not going well - called Precision and technician came out next morning, which was perfect Craig was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me make choices for what I needed and didn’t upsell- which is fabulous! He did a great job and as weird as it is, I’m super excited about the new opener and other parts! Less stressed!!! Which is priceless!

So glad we decided to go with Precision, they were understanding and prompt with their services. Mario was an excellent technician. He walked through everything we asked about and didn’t mind the “dumb questions” that we had. He was also able to fix the issue we had on the spot and was able to finish in about an hour. When I called yesterday the CSR was helpful and got somebody lined up to come out the next day between 8:00 am and noon. Marion showed up at about 8:30 am, went through the repair job and showed me not only what he would do to fix the door but also what else I should consider having him repair before it caused more problems. He was friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and did an excellent job. He worked fast and had the job done within an hour. If I need more work done, I will definitely call these guys and I will definitely ask for Mario.

My son-in-law just used Precision earlier this year when the spring broke on his opener and was happy with the work, so when my opener was acting up I decided to use the same company. Jake was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me different options on what could be done to fix the problems and finished the work promptly. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges, springs and track.

Ease of scheduling, instant availability and online coupon were super. And my technician, Ahmad, was very pleasant, informative and great to work with. He offered solutions and helped me determine which were most important to perform now, vs. possibly later. It was not a hard sell, but thoughtful. Struts were installed and brackets replaced. Our door now opens without issue and is quiet. All within less than an hour! I would definitely recommend their services, and offer kudos to Ahmad for his communication skills, kindness and excellent customer service.

My garage door only opens about one third of the way, but only when the outside temperature is below 25*. The technician made some adjustments so that it works for now. He also quoted me and informed me of the options. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be contacting your office to discuss replacing the current opener with your top model. I’m going on vacation next week so after I return, I will have your company to have the work done. One of the other companies I called didn’t have the time or energy to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. I give you six stars out of five.
