I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because of their BBB rating. I was lucky that a technician was available in one hour as I could not open my garage door. We were visiting our son when we needed to call for garage door replacement. Didn't know who to call, but got lucky when we called Precision. Awesome people from the person answering our call to the installers. Install and product were of great quality. When more work needed to be done months later there was no hesitation on who to call. Precision did not fail us. We weren't visiting at the time so everything was done by phone call. They kept us informed on repairs and did another fantastic service.
