Precision was on time and provided detailed information on my garage doors needs. Craig was a class act. Kudos to him. He took the time to explain everything the door was in need of and more. Pricing was a little merr... but assuming the door had not been serviced since installation 30 years ago, I think it was worth the investment. I would recommend to others for sure.

We had a broken spring on our two car garage door. I remembered having a broken spring on a garage door in a previous residence 10 years ago. I remembered calling Precision Garage Door Service for the repair. They showed up promptly, did the replacement of the spring in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. When one of the springs broke on our new residence I called Precision again. Set up a appointment yesterday afternoon, got a appointment for the next morning. The technican, Jax, called before he left the shop, showed up when he said he would, explained my options for the repair, what it would cost and went to work. He finished in the time he said it would take and at the cost qouted. I am very happy with the service. professionalism, promptness and price. Jax the technican was great. I'm a satisfied customer for the second time

Called the office around noon and got a call back 15 minutes later. Colin was here around 1:30 and 30 minutes later door was fixed. From my first call through installation, every person was professional and courteous. The schedule service was timely by the office personnel and the service tech called to estimate arrival time. Of course, when he arrived, the door functioned. But he provided us with options to resolve possible future issues. He performed his tasks quickly and efficiently. He also helped program the new opener with my vehicle. Every aspect of this service and purchase was outstanding.

We had used another company in the past and decided to try Precision based on company advertising. Precision exceeded our expectations. Mario was professional and polite and called ahead to notify that he was on his way. We had a problem with a sensor, the outside keypad and the openers seemed to be getting louder over the past year. Mario identified the sensor problem, checked all other sensors, worked with me to set up a new code and then manually worked the doors to determine that the springs needed adjustment. A quote was given before the work began, which I thought fair. I also like the email/text confirmation and reminders. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend the company to anyone.

We were able to get a description of what was happening with the door to your company, which included a black bolt that I found on the floor. That resulted in the repair man knowing what was wrong before he got here, This was his 2nd visit here & each time he was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He is a good PR person for your company. Although, we were unable to find a way to leave the information about the problem on your website. If there is a way to do that, we were able to find it. We decided to drive to your building & delver the info.

I'm very pleased with my entire experience with Precision. I called on a Saturday expecting a following week appointment, but to my surprise it was the next day, a Sunday, and no extra charge. Colin was the service tech who repaired our garage door. We had a broken spring. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. After seeing the problem, he gave us several options to make the repair. He explained each option to us with the advantages and expectations of each. After we decided on how he was to make the repair, he completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of garage repairs. We have had other companies, and they don't compare. If we have any more garage door problems, we will be calling only Precision and we hope, we get Colin again.
