Precision installed my garage door 6 years ago. Matt did a great job with communicating what he found and offered a couple options for repair. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to anyone who would need their garage door serviced.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent service. Up front pricing. The technician was also kind enough to give me remedial training in how to disengage the door from the opener and re-engage it, in the event it needed to be opened during a power failure.

We were able to get a description of what was happening with the door to your company, which included a black bolt that I found on the floor. That resulted in the repair man knowing what was wrong before he got here, This was his 2nd visit here & each time he was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He is a good PR person for your company. Although, we were unable to find a way to leave the information about the problem on your website. If there is a way to do that, we were able to find it. We decided to drive to your building & delver the info.

I'm very pleased with my entire experience with Precision. I called on a Saturday expecting a following week appointment, but to my surprise it was the next day, a Sunday, and no extra charge. Colin was the service tech who repaired our garage door. We had a broken spring. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. After seeing the problem, he gave us several options to make the repair. He explained each option to us with the advantages and expectations of each. After we decided on how he was to make the repair, he completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of garage repairs. We have had other companies, and they don't compare. If we have any more garage door problems, we will be calling only Precision and we hope, we get Colin again.

We had Matt come to our house to fix our garage door springs. Matt took the time to analyze our problems and make suggestions. After agreeing what needed to be done, Matt got to work and finished the job in a short amount of time. Once he was done he took the time to review everything he had done and talked about some things I could do in the future to keep things running smoothly. Matt was very nice and did a great job. I phoned Precision shortly after 8:00 AM to inquire about having our garage door opener looked at and repaired. They scheduled a technician to be at the house between 12:00 and 4:00 that same afternoon. The tech., Preston, arrived at about 2:00 with another tech. in training. I showed them the problem we were having with the opener, and about 5 minutes later, Preston showed me an estimate on his iPad. I authorized the work, and they demonstrated a properly working garage door opener about 15 minutes later. I recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door opener service.
