Technicians arrived early and introduced themselves to me. Very polite and professional. Asked me what the issue was and listened carefully while I explained the problem. They then checked over the garage door and opener to look for any obvious issues. Not seeing anything obvious the dug deeper into the issue and found that the torsion spring needed to be tightened. They did that and lubed the entire system and garage door works great. Technician did say that my opener was nearing its typical end of life and quoted me a few options but at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything at this time. Would definitely call Precision Door for any future problems.

I am very disappointed in your company and service. Per your email, I contacted you THREE times before leaving a negative review to go over my issues with your company. NEVER returned my calls!! Matthew Berends Came out. Tried to pressure me into almost $2,000.00 when all I needed was a spring replaced and cable put back on. He said he did I not know how to fix the cable so insisted on me buying a new garage door opener and I could not. So instead of fixing it I now have a slide bolt to lock my garage door. Not what I wanted. All because a garage door company did not know how to fix a cable?? I was also charged $15.00 for environmental clean up of parts except the old parts were left behind...so I was fraudulently charged AND the door was promised to be balanced after the new double the price of other companies springs were installed and itIS NOT!!!!You lift it it falls ...it will NOT stay at any height. POOR service. Never use this unprofessional, company. They clearly either do not know what they are doing or just do not care. Maybe just like taking advantage of the elderly....

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from you. Starting with Todd, who explained everything to us very clearly. He was patient with us as we decided what we wanted in a door. He is friendly with a great personality. Next came the door itself. The color was just perfect, which took a long time to pick out. The gentleman who installed the door were on time and went right to work. Before we knew it we had a new garage door. They were fast and efficient. We also enjoyed them. We had a Liftmaster - Jack Shaft opener installed, even though there where some difficulties getting it to operate properly the Tech stuck with it maintained a healthy attitude and finished the job with the opener operating nicely. Job area picked up and left clean, attention to small details appreciated, good job. Thanks

We had our garage door repaired, first Precision was able to come after I got home from work (that is a great plus) the service tech was very nice and knowledgable, he did a great job.
