Outstanding experience. I was recommended by a relative to call these guys when I needed a garage door opener replaced. These guys not only met the recommended comments but just far exceeded them. Stu came to check out the problem we were having with our garage door. He explained what was causing the problem and recommended we get a new garage door. We enjoyed working with Stu. Brian and another young man came to install our new garage door. They did a very good job and they cleaned up when they were done. The new door looks great. We enjoyed working with them as well. My garage door spring broke on Thursday evening I called Precision Friday morning and ask if they could send someone, they scheduled someone for that afternoon. I had used Precision several years earlier so I was familiar with them. Mike the tech arrived on time, he explained to me what he was going to do, gave me some options, I decided on just changing the broken spring and bearings. Mike had it installed done in about 45 minutes, he did a great job and was very courtious and friendly. I will use Precision in the future for my garage door maintenance needs.
