My garage door suddenly broke on a Friday evening in December. Precision Garage door was able to get out to the house the first thing next morning quote and fix my door within 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Jake explained all of my options, walked me through what he suggested and why. He worked quickly and walked me through what was repaired and what I could expect going forward with the door. Jake was awesome, and I highly recommend Precision Door.

We had a problem with our garage door and called Precision. It was the best decision we could have made. The technician they sent was Matthew. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, and got to work to resolve the issue. Matthew was extremely efficient in correcting the problem and also was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend using Precision when you encounter a problem with your garage door.

Outstanding experience. I was recommended by a relative to call these guys when I needed a garage door opener replaced. These guys not only met the recommended comments but just far exceeded them. They came to my home in just a couple of hours and were very professional and explained everything they found very well. Having replaced my home openers several times in my younger days what they told me was spot on. But as great as that experience was the great way they worked with each other was both professional yet enjoyable and down to earth. I would recommend this company and team in a heartbeat and feel really good about it. Such rare performance these days in quality and knowledge. Well done guys! I will definetly reccommend Precision! Their customer service was awesome! You actually talk to real people not phone prompts. They called when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and they showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up like hadn't even been here. Broken torsion spring on 18-year-old door. Pros: Precision clearly stated prices over the phone, came the next day and performed repairs in less than an hour at the quoted price. Cons: As other reviewers have stated, there is significant effort to upsell, and the pitch has a high BS quotient. As a degreed engineer with decades of machine design experience, I had no trouble sorting the necessary repairs and quality parts from the less necessary and high profit margin add-ons.
