I requested quotes from several companies. The only one that returned my call was precision and they did so within the same work day. I scheduled an appointment. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly. Very helpful. Was honest about options and gave me a quote that I believed was fair. I signed the contract, gave him a down payment and right now I am looking forward to my brand new custom made garage door with a new opener. Thank you Precision.

Excellent service called on Memorial Day actually got a person to talk to very professional and schedule me repair the next day. Buyer beware. I'm not sure if there is new ownership or something...but I had a garage door drive installed by them a few years ago and they had the most competitive pricing around, they were prompt, and were easy to deal with....fast forward to this weekend...and I was told I was on the schedule for Saturday...until I wasn't...now Monday between 4-6...ok...I'll deal....then the tech tries to call to say he is early...and when I try to call back...I am directed back to central scheduling...then when he finally does arrive, I'm presented with a good, better, best quote ranging from $1,050, to $1,500+, to nearly $2,000...for 2 springs and a garage service...I immediately call 2 local independent places and get a quote for $450 and $400 flat over the phone...both have availability today. So I kindly send the guy home....minus a $70 service call out fee that is coming my way....Very disappointed with my experience. They seem to be cashing in on people that turn them away for the $70 while profiting heavily on the ones that just say yes...I'd stay with local independent garage service....the service fee will be higher....but the prices are much more reasonable.

When I called yesterday the CSR was helpful and got somebody lined up to come out the next day between 8:00 am and noon. Marion showed up at about 8:30 am, went through the repair job and showed me not only what he would do to fix the door but also what else I should consider having him repair before it caused more problems. He was friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and did an excellent job. He worked fast and had the job done within an hour. If I need more work done, I will definitely call these guys and I will definitely ask for Mario.

My rep Todd was great. They came out quickly, were courteous, and provided an estimate very quickly. We were just looking for estimates on new garage doors. Will probably hold off on doing it for a bit, but would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I am very happy with the service provided by Colin today. He arrived at the estimated time. When I asked how the garage door could be quieter, he suggested replacing the metal rollers to a different type which he did quickly. Then all the hinges got sprayed. He quickly did the work. Technician had no clue on what type of garage door, stayed on the phone for over an hour with experienced guy so he can tell me at the end that he THINKS that I need a new one. I have even thought I asked when I scheduled the appointment if they need my garage door serial bum and model so they can get an idea what they are working with. But they said they work with every brand and model out there. Basically paid $ 80 for nothing.
