Job was completed amazingly fast and precise! Workers showed up the same day that I called for service and were extremely courteous. Matthew explained everything in a way I could understand and programmed the opener with the code I wanted saving me hours of time trying to figure it out! Learned a couple if things about the opener that I didn’t know. The repairman told me there is a special type of bulb for the light. While the bulb were rather expensive I had them replaced. Your repairmen were very friendly and informative. He inspected the rollers and said they would need replacing soon. No pressure to have the work, so I had the work done. No wasted time, work was done and they were on their way. Thank you for the prompt response

We are closing on our house in 3 days. When something wasn’t working right with our garage door not closing, I freaked out. I called Precision on Friday hoping they could come out before the weekend was over. They set me up on Saturday with Colin. He figured out the multiple issues and fixed them all quickly. Well Brian, since you asked... I contacted your company based on an add in our local phone book - Burlington, WI. Your technician Stu came out and immediately told me that my door was a cheap one and there was no professional garage door company that would touch it. He told me that it had a cheap easy wind spring system and that he could replace it with a torsion spring system. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate for the job in the amount of $983.95. I felt that seemed pretty high and told him I would discuss it with my husband and call if I wanted him to do the work. I then called the Joe Wilde Company. Their technician came out and diagnosed the problem identical to your tech. The price however was "jaw droppingly" less. They charged me just $380.00 for the replacement as well as lubricating and assessing the health of my other 2 doors! Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion because a difference $604.00 for the same job and I have no doubt - comparable parts and material is shocking and you might want to review your prices and practices. I know that this review will never show up on your website but you know that you will never get a recommendation from me. Good luck with your business.

Tech came during time window, and courtesy call made to ensure arrival time. Tech arrived and was very friendly yet informative from start to finish. He made sure he taught me every detail of mechanics and safety info of repaired door.

Stu was our tech. He arrived at our home and quickly determined we needed new springs and bearings. He took the time to explain what work would need to be done and how he was going to do it. My wife explained we were having issues at times with the garage door opening. Stu looked at it and determined the eyelets were not installed correctly. He fixed the issue for us the garage door works perfect. Stu was wonderful, professional, courteous. He worked quickly and cleaned up when he was finished 5 stars for Stu all the way around I recommend keeping this guy around.
