I chose Precision based on your web page. You provide DIY videos on how to maintain your garage door instead of calling a company for service. It showed me that regular maintenance can extend the life of the door, what to look for to catch a problem early, and showed me how to do a repair allowing me to determine if I should call or do it myself. Since my door was over 10 years old and I was able to determine what was wrong whit the door based on your videos and showed me that I needed someone to come out. Making the appointment was so simple and quick. When I called, I thought I would be scheduling for several weeks out, not the same day. Your employee contacted me to ask if he could come early which surprised me. He arrived listened to my concerns, inspected the door and informed me what was wrong and told me that the springs were in good shape but at the end of their lief expectancy and I should start budgeting for new ones in the future. There was no pressure to have any service done that was not needed at that time. He was also very professional and polite taking time to explain every step. My introduction to your company was via TV. I appreciated mentioning Veterans and basically you had everything you needed on the truck..!! The fact that there was not an extra service charge for the weekend, was impressive. I also thought when I made the call that I might have to wait a few days for someone to be freed up. Instead, Whitney was able to get someone scheduled for later on in the morning. I was totally impressed.!!! She knew her business and was a tremendous help in my making this decision. But,....your biggest asset was your employee, Jaxs. He was very patient with this senior citizen, and I appreciated him showing me the problems, besides the obvious broken spring. It was also enlightening to be shown what it was going to cost, before he started. I would recommend your company and him, every time. In fact my neighbor came over to see if everything was okay, and I introduced them. I'm sure you will get a service call to have her system checked out.

Colin was very forward on telling me that everything was working properly on my garage door. The door did not need any adjustments or a bottom seal. All Colin did was use a flash light to look at things. He did not use any sprays or lubricants. Yet I was charged $15 for "Environmental15-Enviromental Surcharge-Environmental/Maintenance". WHY?

after contacting a local contractor i had used before and was told I would have to wait five days for an appointment I saw your commercial on TV. Within two hours your serviceman Mathieu arrived and did a check of my system and explained what needed to be done to make my door operate like new. About a year ago we called a different company and they came out and did about $1,300 worth of work to our garage door. Our garage door failed. Other company unresponsive to our calls so I called Precision. They came out immediately and their technician, Craig, did a great job-- even spending more time than planned as he had to fix the mistakes the first service company made. Precision Garage Door was installed June 2022. Called Precision when in July 2025, door had lifting issues, began shaking & making a popping noise after recent drastic changes in temperature & humidity. With help from Newer Technician & Supervisor, we purchased key pad, upgraded opener system &, of course, obtained more Precision spray lubricant as all garage doors I have ever owned have needed minimal regular upkeep/lubrication of metal track & roller system. Door is now quieter than before & entire family is pleased with keypad that eliminates need for others to remember to carry opener.

We had to wait several months before we received our two doors. When they finally came out to install them one of the panels on the large door was damaged. We had to wait another few of weeks. The door was finally installed. At that time the installer said they sent the wrong weather stripping and he would order it and it should only take a week to get it fixed. We had them come out to adjust the doors and look at the areas where the paint came off. He took pictures and assured us they would take care of it. We have contacted them several times and EVERY time they have had an excuse, but promise to contact us within a week. THEY NEVER CONTACT US AS PROMISED. This started over a year ago. We are still waiting for the weather stripping and the doors to be fixed. The installers were wonderful. They did a great job. We love the look of the doors, but would not recommend this company because of their terrible customer service.
