Job was completed amazingly fast and precise! Workers showed up the same day that I called for service and were extremely courteous. Matthew explained everything in a way I could understand and programmed the opener with the code I wanted saving me hours of time trying to figure it out! Percsion Garage Door Service scheduled a repair call for the next day. The technician, Ahmad Perkins, came on the time scheduled. He repaired the problem garage door operator and seviced a second door all within one hour. I felt the service fee of under $200.00 was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for prompt service.

Learned a couple if things about the opener that I didn’t know. The repairman told me there is a special type of bulb for the light. While the bulb were rather expensive I had them replaced. Your repairmen were very friendly and informative. He inspected the rollers and said they would need replacing soon. No pressure to have the work, so I had the work done. No wasted time, work was done and they were on their way. Thank you for the prompt response

Aaron came to our house Sunday morning to repair a broken garage spring. He was very knowledgeable about everything that the door needed, and suggested some things that could also be taken care of but without high pressure salesmanship. He had everything that was needed to do the job with him,and was done quickly. Finished and cleaned everything up and explained all the work after it was completed..Great guy and great company that we also used at our previous house.

I choose Precision because I was able to call on a Sunday and schedule an appt. for the next day on Monday. Most places are not open on weekends or the evenings to take your phone call. The service technician - Colin Horsch was very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had. He did a wonderful job and would recommend.

Called Tuesday morning and a Service Technician was scheduled before noon the same day. Stu, the Service Technician, called before he arrived. Upon arrival, Stu greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He did the inspection and went over all of the details. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After completing the service, he went over the invoice and took payment. We are very happy with our decision to go with Precision.

We needed the wheels etc. replaced on our garage door. Collin came right away. He was so nice explained things didn't push for paying more for things. We were given four options different payment levels. We chose the middle. If you want a company who is quick, pleasant, honest and will educate you please choose Precision! We had to wait several months before we received our two doors. When they finally came out to install them one of the panels on the large door was damaged. We had to wait another few of weeks. The door was finally installed. At that time the installer said they sent the wrong weather stripping and he would order it and it should only take a week to get it fixed. We had them come out to adjust the doors and look at the areas where the paint came off. He took pictures and assured us they would take care of it. We have contacted them several times and EVERY time they have had an excuse, but promise to contact us within a week. THEY NEVER CONTACT US AS PROMISED. This started over a year ago. We are still waiting for the weather stripping and the doors to be fixed. The installers were wonderful. They did a great job. We love the look of the doors, but would not recommend this company because of their terrible customer service.
