About a year ago we called a different company and they came out and did about $1,300 worth of work to our garage door. Our garage door failed. Other company unresponsive to our calls so I called Precision. They came out immediately and their technician, Craig, did a great job-- even spending more time than planned as he had to fix the mistakes the first service company made. The door works beautifully and it was great to be treated in such a professional manner. Because I did not let Precision do the job in the first place, it ended up costing me much more. Aaron came to our house Sunday morning to repair a broken garage spring. He was very knowledgeable about everything that the door needed, and suggested some things that could also be taken care of but without high pressure salesmanship. He had everything that was needed to do the job with him,and was done quickly. Finished and cleaned everything up and explained all the work after it was completed..Great guy and great company that we also used at our previous house.

Called Tuesday morning and a Service Technician was scheduled before noon the same day. Stu, the Service Technician, called before he arrived. Upon arrival, Stu greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He did the inspection and went over all of the details. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After completing the service, he went over the invoice and took payment. We are very happy with our decision to go with Precision.

Recommended by Homeadvisor and then they proactively reached out to me by text, email and phone. Due to their high rating I felt comfortable enough to have them come out. The technician Kurt came out, was very curteous and reviewed the garage door and opener. Both are about 20 yrs old. He said the garage door was in good shape but the opener had rodent damage and is why it was not working. He quoted us what a repair versus a new opener would cost. We decided on the new opener due to the age of it. He replaced it right away which only took about an hour and stepped us through the differences. A very pleasant experience all around.

The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!

Very satified. The guys had trouble with the door closing. It would go so far and go back up, so sure hope it is fixed now. I had to leave @ 2PM while they were working on it, so hope they found out what was causing it to do what it was doing. Just wanted to make you aware of this. I learned about spraying it with lubicant, which I never learned last year when they installed my tenants door. And he must have signed for everything also. He never gave me his code for using the pad entry. Sure wish the installers would have came next door to me when they were done and give me the entry code in case of an emergency and I should have signed off on the door. Oh well.
