We needed the wheels etc. replaced on our garage door. Collin came right away. He was so nice explained things didn't push for paying more for things. We were given four options different payment levels. We chose the middle. If you want a company who is quick, pleasant, honest and will educate you please choose Precision! Your Tech (Jake) arrived earlier that I expected, which was great. He analyzed the issue with garage door. After activating all safety conditions with door, within 30 minutes he had completed the installation of door's new weather guard. After testing all clearance of door several times, he made me watch the final test to ensure that I was satisfied with finished product. I was.

Phone reps were very professional and helpful to answer my questions. Jake the tech was very professional and got the job done right! However, beware of pricing and knowing upfront what they're charging as it got a little skewed in the end as far as total, using coupons and the work that was actually performed etc. There was no maintenance done as charged for. In checking around with other Garage Door Servicing companies i realized that Precision is way higher priced than others. For example charging $20 per roller replacement vs. $5-$10, twice as much for a keypad, labor etc.

Max Cranfill did a very good job repairing my garage door--he explained what each new part did and was very professional and personable--he also was aware of the need for wearing a mask during this covid19 time--the weather was miserable, very hot and humid and he really worked hard!

Max came and serviced my unit after the chain slipped off the gear. He did a terrific job and got everything back working in a couple of hours, including a tune-up I asked him do on the door itself, the rollers and roller guides. He gets a 5 out of 5.

When I called for the repair service, had difficulty with the ability to hear the call taker and I was not fully certain if my needs were met. The repairman did call to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was neat, clean and polite. I found him to be attentive to my requests and knowledgeable in his trade. We had to wait several months before we received our two doors. When they finally came out to install them one of the panels on the large door was damaged. We had to wait another few of weeks. The door was finally installed. At that time the installer said they sent the wrong weather stripping and he would order it and it should only take a week to get it fixed. We had them come out to adjust the doors and look at the areas where the paint came off. He took pictures and assured us they would take care of it. We have contacted them several times and EVERY time they have had an excuse, but promise to contact us within a week. THEY NEVER CONTACT US AS PROMISED. This started over a year ago. We are still waiting for the weather stripping and the doors to be fixed. The installers were wonderful. They did a great job. We love the look of the doors, but would not recommend this company because of their terrible customer service.
