Fast service! I called on a Tuesday, received an appointment for the following day. Appreciated the discussion and explanation of parts/service I needed, plus an itemized cost list for Plan A and Plan B (immediate needs vs. optimum parts/service for years to come). Joe was efficient and courteous. My garage doors are quiet again!

Derrick was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He inspected and evaluated our door and made recommendations on what needed repair, giving us several options and cost levels to choose from. Friendly, hard worker who completed the entire job in little more than 90 minutes. Absolutely A-1 service, our door is like new. Thank you, Precision Door Service, you guys rock!

In short, nothing short of excellent service. I had never heard of this business until my garage door work and then found out it is a franchised chain. A bracket holding together the panels cracked and ripped though. This cause half the door to come down all cattywampus and it got stuck good. I couldn't budget it nor to much of anything else with it. These guys came out within a day and after about 4 hours and some new parts (bracket, cables, etc.) my garage door worked better than it ever has. It is now a fine tuned machine.
