Kurt was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. He installed the new garage door opener in less than an hour and helped me reset the outside keypad. It's wonderful having a quiet opener once again.

Amazing service. We called at 4:10 PM and they were here in a lm hour, job complete by 5:45. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I won’t call another company after this!

My garage door would not open. Called on a Sunday and they returned my call within minutes. Bill arrived Monday morning and did a fantastic job repairing parts of the door that needed updating. It’s like a new door was installed. Glides open and closed with no noise and shuts completely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service

After no response to my email all it took was a call for an estimate. The technician (Derek) was there in an hour. 20 minute evaluation and an estimate. He was thorough and explained the option and we figured out what I needed. Now I will see how it compares to the competition.

From the initial call and scheduling of our appointment to our service technician Kurt arriving and quickly taking care of our garage door repair, Precision is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone needing service on their garage door. Kurt went through his repair assessment and offered a few different options. Precision Door Service will be our go-to firm for any garage door needs from now on, and we highly recommend them. We had a major failure on one of our doors and were looking for someone who could make repairs as soon as possible. We called Precision at 11am on a Saturday, and the technician was already on the job by 1:30pm. We especially appreciate how the technician, Sedrick, took time to fully explain the problem and what it would take to fix, how much the repairs would cost, and how we can maintain not just the door he rebuilt but the other doors as well to help minimize problems in the future. If we need similar services again, we will definitely call this firm and ask for the same technician.
