We had called Precision before and received immediate response and flexibility to come help with our project. We had called other companies and did not receive a call back. So happy for that because these guys are the nicest and very knowledgeable.

Tech claimed that I needed a new spring system and low profile track. I was informed that it only came with a new door. Cost would’ve been between 3 & 6 thousand. Everything was new, paid 4 thousand at Menards, for a door that I purchased last summer, however I couldn’t complete due to an injury. It’s remarkable that I called a local company, who installed their own parts for 500 dollars! Works great, with a warranty! Precision wanted to sell me a new door! What a ridiculous scam! You guys are simply thieves! Trust me, I’ll be telling a lot of people! Girlfriend is an Architect who works for a large construction firm in the Milwaukee area, knows a lot of clients! Nice job!

Joe was here much earlier than we expected and that was awesome! He was professional in his attitude and ability but also very friendly and knowledgeable. Precision installed our garage door and opener about 8 years ago. After 8 years the sensors were not working. Kurt the service person arrived and quickly identified the problem. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He gave me several choices to choose from which was appreciated. Kurt replaced the sensors and adjusted the spring. Overall he did a great job. I will continue to use Precision anytime the need arises in the future.

Initially impressed that I was able to get scheduled to have a technician come to my house on a holiday weekend to fix my garage door. The technician identified that the he hardware on the track hanger was loose and stripping out of the ceiling causing a lot of play in the tracks. Technician also identified that the springs on both sides snapped. Technician repaired the springs, however neglected to fix any of the other identified issues. A couple days later 9/2/25, I spoke with a representative who told me as soon as my payment of close to $1600 cleared I would be issued a refund for $175. On 9/19/25 after the payment had cleared for several days I called to check on the status. At the ti.e I was told the person who issues the refunds was "out of the country and just returned, and I should receive my refund in the mail by Thursday 9/26/25. By 10/3/25 still no check and I called for an update. Was told by the lady on the phone they would look into it and call me back. After not receiving a call back I called again on 10/7/25, and was again told that the person who issues refund checks was out of town. Know, 10/20/26 still nothing. Not pleased, and am left to believe there was never an intention to issue the refund and was lied to, in order to try and save face.

They have weekend service and don't charge extra for it, the service tech was on time polite and did an excellent job explained everything he was doing

The technician was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door, what he recommended and what was the immediate problem and with no pressure to by anything more than what was needed but recommended items that my cause me a problem in the future. He also advised me to oil and lube different places to prevent possible problems and extend the life of my investment. One of the cables broke on our garage door on a Friday evening. I called Precision and they were able to come the next day which was a Saturday. Matthew Berends was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He did a great job installing new rollers, cables, and springs. Our door hasn't sounded this quiet in a long time! I will definitely be calling Precision when it's time to replace our opener which will be sooner rather than later.
