I thought $550.00 to replace two springs was an extremely overpriced. The estimate started at $1100, went to $800.00 then $550.00 and I had to pay a $69.00 inspection fee which took about 5 minute’s to be told that. I can have the springs replaced locally for $150.00 each. Also I was told there was no additional fees for a Sunday call.

Just had Joe do an assessment of my garage door. He determined it was a broken spring and had three recommendations for me. I have not decided what I am going to do , but I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend him to service your garage problems!!

Your replacement cost for a spring is considerably higher than the average repair cost. We went with your company due to what you stand for. However, we will never contact you again for any reason. I hope my $764.95 goes along way for your company and that you sleep well with a clean conscience.
