It is really true what Precision's ads say. A real person answers the phone 24/7. Very courteous and listens to the problem. I called at approximately 9 PM on Tuesday and the service tech was here before 9 AM on Wednesday. My problem was a very noisy double garage door. The service tech was great. He called me when he was 30 minutes away. He looked the situation over and explained what the problem was with my noisy garage door. While he was here, he checked the other garage door and recommended a fix for it to prevent a huge problem in the future. The thing I don't want is an inoperative garage door in the middle of winter. He showed me what to do twice a year and how to prevent the garage door from freezing to the cement floor when there is ice and freezing rain. He was also very neat. He cleaned up any drips from lubricant, etc.I am 100% satisfied and so glad I made the call to Precision.

Garage door cable broke around 8:00 a.m. By 3:30 p.m. same day door was fully functional. Receptionist was polite and professional when I called. Service Technician Mario Velez called about 20 minutes before arriving, was also professional and very personable. As some of the parts were under warranty, he checked that - and went over the estimates, work done and was very thorough in explaining the problem and the remedy. I initially called Precision 5 years ago -upon a referral from my Brother in law, who does the due diligence in checking things out- and have been very satisfied with Precision. Nice job!

I thought $550.00 to replace two springs was an extremely overpriced. The estimate started at $1100, went to $800.00 then $550.00 and I had to pay a $69.00 inspection fee which took about 5 minute’s to be told that. I can have the springs replaced locally for $150.00 each. Also I was told there was no additional fees for a Sunday call.

Your replacement cost for a spring is considerably higher than the average repair cost. We went with your company due to what you stand for. However, we will never contact you again for any reason. I hope my $764.95 goes along way for your company and that you sleep well with a clean conscience.
