I thought $550.00 to replace two springs was an extremely overpriced. The estimate started at $1100, went to $800.00 then $550.00 and I had to pay a $69.00 inspection fee which took about 5 minute’s to be told that. I can have the springs replaced locally for $150.00 each. Also I was told there was no additional fees for a Sunday call.

Just had Joe do an assessment of my garage door. He determined it was a broken spring and had three recommendations for me. I have not decided what I am going to do , but I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend him to service your garage problems!!

Our technician Curt did an amazing job of explaining everything and pricing out the several different options for repair. He was very thorough and also very quick. The problem we were having was diagnosed accurately and fixed within about an hour. We will definitely call Precision again with any future garage repair needs.
