When my garage cable snapped this morning the Precision door jingle came into my head. I was skeptical but I called. Everyone I talked with was very nice and professional. Someone was able to come today after I got home from work. I was given several options for repairs and they were explained well to me. My door is fixed as I am writing this and I am very satisfied.

I saw a commercial for Precision and then saw the great reviews. Yes! Hire Precision. Matt and Tim came and fixed our 1980-90 garage door. They explained what needed to be done. Fixed it and cleaned up after. Very nice young men. Very professional. Highly recommend!

The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. What a surprise I had when suddenly and unexpectedly, the right cable on my garage door snapped! Of course the timing couldn’t have been worse, but thank goodness we have a car parked outdoors so at least we have transportation if needed, as it was the next day before Precision could help us out of this situation. Matthew was very professional, showed us our items in need of replacement, gave us an itemized quote with several options to choose from. After seeing their TV commercial on the Fox morning news, I called Precision at about 8:15am and talked with a very nice woman who took down all of my information. She asked me if someone could come out to look at my door that same morning. I told her that would be awesome! At about 9:15 Jaden called to confirm my info. He arrived in uniform, and in a nice looking company truck, about 15 minutes later. He looked everything over and thoroughly reviewed his findings with me, offering me several options. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Just honest options. Since I am planning on replacing my two doors next year, I chose the base repair option and Jaden got to work. After about 45 minutes, he was finished. As a part of his service, he reconnected the opener that I had disconnected and made sure that everything was operating properly. He also pointed out the replacement cables and brackets that he had installed. By the end of the hour he had everything cleaned up and was on his way. I think that this was the most efficient and painless home appliance repair that I have ever experienced. Thanks to all at Precision Garage Door for your fast and reasonably priced help.
