I called Precision Doors because of your TV commercial and BBB rating. I called at 19:00 hours and spoke to a live person who was very professional and courteous. She gave me an appointment for the very next morning. The Tech was at my house at 09:00 the very next morning!! He spent time assessing the issue and provided me with three options. He thoroughly explained his findings. He was very personable and professional. An hour later, he completely repaired or replaced what needed to be done!! Needed Garage Door Springs replaced. Was able to get that taken care of the same day. You could tell that the Tech knew his stuff because he had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in less than an hour. He also recalibrated the garage door travel in minutes. Very satisfied.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. We had a spring break on our garage door on a cold Saturday late afternoon. I called Precision at 3:30 and by 5pm that same day we had a tech here to assess and fix the problem. Looked in phone book under garage doors. Looked for someone who serviced Raynor doors and within 24 hours time frame to come was a plus. The garage door wouldn't shut all the way. Dan was very knowledgeable and thorough besides being friendly. He was impressed by our old 1/3 hp Raynor opener- over 30 years old and no problems except not able to sync with newer vehicles. Raynor door 25 years old had a cracked frame on the top middle. So Dan wrote an estimate for new door and opener. Can't wait to have a new unfaded brown garage door and a quieter opener. Also looking forward to syncing the van to opener. So glad I called Precision!

We tried for emergency service, but had to wait till the following day to have our spring repaired. Because we are purchasing a new garage door in the next few months, we requested the least expensive remedy. Instead, we were told additional parts needed replacement at a total charge of $552. At that point we had no choice, but to agree or lose the service fee of $70 and wait another day to get out of our garage. Work was done well, but disappointed in inflexibility of repair cost.

I selected Precision because of the Google review and Google guarantee. My experience was very positive. They arrived next day in less than 24 hours on time or actually early to their 12-4 appointment window, 12:10 PM to be exact. The technician was extremely informative, thorough and expert and professional. He made the necessary repair and tuned up (i.e. adjusted, lubricated and re-programed all remotes). I would estimate he was here just over an hour. However, the Precision service call charge went from $69.95 to $284.90! So to sum up this review the service was outstanding but not cheap! The 4 stars is solely related to price.

They had good reviews so I called them. Mark came out and told me he would install a door exactly like I had, but better and up to code. Mark also said he would give the same deal to all the owners in my complex because none of us had garage doors that were up to code. Andy came to install my door. The door I had previously had a turn handle to open the door in the event the motor quit, as none of the garages have side doors. My new door does not. When I mentioned it to Andy he said I'd have to talk to Mark. Then I asked about the safety sensors. Andy said I'd have to install a new motor, which costs as much if not more than the door. So my door is still not up to code, and I'm screwed if the motor dies because there is no way to get into the garage. And Mark doesn't answer or return calls. The door is nice and quiet but I want what I paid for, which was a door just like mine, with the handle, and the safety sensors. Will be reporting this to the credit card company.

Called for warranty service and they wanted to charge me over $400. They told me o ly natural use is covered. Not sure how we could have unnatural use. Then they told me items rusted due to sitting in water. The door and all parts are above ground, and no pooling or standing water is around the area. Concrete garage slab and concrete drive are pitched away from the garage. Warranty is useless. They don't stand behind their lifetime warranty.

Within 30 minutes of talking on their website chat option, Dan was onsite looking over both of my garage doors. He was very friendly and very professional. He told me he would be done in 20 minutes and he did not lie. If I ever need my garage doors serviced I will gladly have Precision do the work!

Rick temporarily repaired a broken coil on my 40+ year old door and got it operational. This fix got us through weeks of the holiday season without issue & hassle. The repair was free with the order of a new 2" R18 insulated steel door that was competitively priced. Karen was friendly and accommodating with scheduling the install. Tyler and Charlie show up, again ON TIME, just as scheduled, and again with a prior courtesy call. They also arrived with smiles, great attitudes, and new, not ragged-out tools/equipment to install the new door. Comfortable crew and I was able to work through the install without needing to burn any vacation. The whole job from tear out to install was only about 2.5hrs. The garage door opener was adjusted for limits, safety sensors properly set, and everything was left lubed and fully operational. It's all about the people; good crew. Highly recommend and I am a picky person who thinks I can complete most mechanical and home-related tasks better on my own. Plus the whole ordeal forced me to clean my garage :)
