They installed our new garage door 2 years ago. We are very happy with it and the work performed. Yesterday my door would only go up half way. I called and a tech was here at 8:15 this morning. He was professional and friendly. Explained everything. You guys do a great job!

Pedro did a thorough inspection of the garage door and opener and explained different options available. I was pleased with three work we had chosen and the efficiency in which he performed the work. He was very attentive to my concerns and always asked if I had more questions which he was able to answer.

The spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision and they were able to come out late on a Friday evening. Our technician was actually a little bit early and got right to work and he also found a cable that was about to break (as in "How it is still working is amazing!). After getting our door repaired, he took the time to go over how it works and what we need to watch for and what to maintain. I went from having very little knowledge to very confident about how my system works; and now I know when it'll be better to replace the whole thing rather than trying to keep repairing an old door. I wish every other contractor that you need as a homeowner was this excellent. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Precision installed our garage door and opener about 8 years ago. After 8 years the sensors were not working. Kurt the service person arrived and quickly identified the problem. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He gave me several choices to choose from which was appreciated. Kurt replaced the sensors and adjusted the spring. Overall he did a great job. I will continue to use Precision anytime the need arises in the future.
