I chose your company based on the reviews I read. It pretty much was a "shot in the dark" decision as I wanted a company that services the Whitewater area, which isn't exactly overrun with garage door specialists and none with your companies experience and positive reviews. Matthew Berends was excellent, obviously has a lot of experience and very personable. As they say, "this wasn't his first rodeo"! The job went much faster than expected, the site was cleaned up before he left, and the details of the function of the remotes, the remote key pad, safeties and an explanation of programming the remote function in one of my cars were informative. If I still owned my engineering company he's the type of employee I'd hire! Great job.

We had a spring break late Friday night and I thought we'd be stuck without a functional door for days. Fortunately, I reached Precision and my phone call was answered by a live person - even on a Saturday morning! An appt was set for the next day (Sunday). Colin was a great tech; called ahead to confirm he was on his way with an ETA, showed up in logo'd gear and van so I knew it was him, walked through the issue with me, patiently went through the repair requirements and maintenance options, then went right to work as soon as we had agreed on next steps. He was finished faster than I thought he'd be, he went through again what he'd fixed, worked through the billing, and was on his way. Overall, a great experience and I'll be calling Precision again with any future needs.
