Years ago, we used Precision Garage Door and were immensely pleased with the work. But we misplaced the invoice from years ago and could not remember the name of Precision Garage Door. We went with another firm to repair our garage door which was operating poorly; it would not close all the way without a lot of effort. Suffice it to say that this other firm's work was substandard, and after only a few weeks, the garage door exploded off the track and was incapable of moving either up or down as it was wedged in the garage door opening. Thankfully, we rediscovered Precision Garage Door, and the technician resurrected the door so that it is now moving as smoothly as when new. This job was done quickly and to professional standards. My wife and I believe a five-star rating for this company does not go high enough.

This had to be one of the best experiences I have had with a company coming to my house to do work. First, the receptionist who took my information and spoke with me was more than helpful. The technician was awesome, fully explained everything. The pricing however is not competitive and I would not have done the repair if I did not need the door to work that day. The additional $250.00 "safety charge" is pure mark up. Price should have been $375.00 for the spring installed. For this reason I will not be a repeat customer

I had a door spring break, and after consulting with my friends, called Precision. Kailee did a great job greeting me, asking about the issue and getting me on the schedule. Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, and was very friendly. He assessed the garage door, springs and other systems, and gave me several options. I did opt to only do the springs at this time, but the next time my garage door needs service, Precision is getting the call. Mario was on the task and made sure everything was done well. He showed me what to lubricate to keep problems to a minimum, and was fantastic to work with.

I called because my garage door fell off the track and was significantly damaged. The tech was able to come out the same day which was amazing! The quote to fix was very high so I decided to replace the door. I received a quote and decided to go with the company. I called 6 times and left messages. One with a person and the other 5 on a recording. I have not received a call back. They have lost my business.
