The technician was awesome, fully explained everything. The pricing however is not competitive and I would not have done the repair if I did not need the door to work that day. The additional $250.00 "safety charge" is pure mark up. Price should have been $375.00 for the spring installed. For this reason I will not be a repeat customer

I had a door spring break, and after consulting with my friends, called Precision. Kailee did a great job greeting me, asking about the issue and getting me on the schedule. Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, and was very friendly. He assessed the garage door, springs and other systems, and gave me several options. I did opt to only do the springs at this time, but the next time my garage door needs service, Precision is getting the call. Mario was on the task and made sure everything was done well. He showed me what to lubricate to keep problems to a minimum, and was fantastic to work with.

My garage door just stopped closing. I called Precision, and they sent someone out the same day! Mario went above and beyond for me. He was fortunately nearby, and called to see if he could come early. He was here in 10 minutes, checked everything, and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly and courteous. I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

I called because my garage door fell off the track and was significantly damaged. The tech was able to come out the same day which was amazing! The quote to fix was very high so I decided to replace the door. I received a quote and decided to go with the company. I called 6 times and left messages. One with a person and the other 5 on a recording. I have not received a call back. They have lost my business.

He replaced my keypad and showed me how to program it/ use it. I value his ability to stay patient despite my repeated concerns which, as it turns out, were not based on accurate information- because he went that extra mile to get by questions answered abd have someone reconfirm all that he said I now trust his judgement and will call again for him to provide service should I need future assistance. It’s a rare person who can stay present abd patient in the moment without showing frustration or annoyance in the face of my lack of trust initially.
