I called on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have the service performed in less than 24 hours' time. Our service technician, Matthew, phoned ahead and arrived on time. He went out of his way to explain to our satisfaction what he would be doing to effect repairs and why. We couldn't have asked for a better technician and quality service. We will reach out to Precision Garage Door for future garage door needs.

Great service! Called at noon, fixed by 3:30! Options explained to me perfectly. Jake hade no problem explaining the options/benefits I could not fully communicate to my husband while he was at work. Polite. Friendly. Fast. Very pleased.

Colin, our Service Technician, was FANTASTIC! He explained each one of the garage door openers he carried in detail that helped me make an informed decision. He was on time, very courteous, and funny, did a fantastic job, and explained everything after the install. I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.

Paid $700 and my doors not fixed…. Said the motors not working and he doesn’t know why…. All he did was replace the springs… ridiculous…

We looked online last night when our garage door springs broke and was able to set up appointment the next day. With getting many options of repair or replacing the garage door, our technician Michael gave a great explanation of both. We decided to replace the entire door and mechanics. Thank you for the quick response to come out to our home so quickly. Can’t wait to see the new door when installed in a few weeks.

arrived on time, was back up and running in 40 minutes. just be prepared to PAY...... cost more for 2 cables than it did to have a different company replace both springs. good service, Very Expensive......

The work performed was well done. The one complaint I have is, when I was shown the quote for a new door opener, it did not include all the extra stuff done. After showing me the quote for the new opener he mentioned various concerns on our existing door, however by the time he finished addressing all that appeared to be wrong I was so confused I just said yes go ahead and take care of those things. I was not given any itemized prices for those extra things so was quite surprised to see our total went from $675 to $1635. I had already seen the quote for $675. I didn’t realize all the extras added on that much more to our bill. Quite the shock!

I had a major problem with my door on a Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours the technician was standing in my garage. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem . It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage!

Broken spring on 2/21/23 - day before major storm. Made internet request thru www.reliablegaragedoorpros.com. Had a response received within 15 minutes from Precision Garage Door Service. Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. I gave him the go ahead and he completed all work in a timely manner. Matt was very professional in his communication and his work. Left me with a great impression.
