Repeat customer and another great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Requested service on one of the garage doors including new spring, cable and rollers as preventive maintenance due to the age of the existing equipment. Service provided by Mario was great and he was very helpful with the questions I had. He did a great job and appreciate the great service. Thank you!

When Matthew showed up exactly when he said he would, I was pleased. No matter what I wanted to talk about, he showed interest in it. Your company is blessed to have this man working for you. Once he started to actually attack the problem, I couldn't believe how meticulous and efficient he was. Extremely happy with work he did, and the man he is. My next call for help will absolutely be to Precision.

Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

The technician that did the work was on time, phoned us before arriving and was very personable. He finished his work cleaned up and checked the floor to be sure no screws were there. Very satisfied with his work. Finally he explained to us what the problem was and fixed it.

Hello Brian, I hired Precision Door because of the policy for a free inspection trip. The technician Matthew replaced a broken cable bracket on the bottom of the door yesterday, re-tensioned the springs, and said we have a one year warranty. This morning, my wife and I were unable to lift the door and believe it's because the springs aren't tensioned tight enough. We didn't have that problem prior to this time. I will call your office this morning once it opens, and ask for the follow-up visit to get the adjustment. Thank you. John Misany

So glad we decided to go with Precision, they were understanding and prompt with their services. Mario was an excellent technician. He walked through everything we asked about and didn’t mind the “dumb questions” that we had. He was also able to fix the issue we had on the spot and was able to finish in about an hour. Again, we are so happy to have gone with Precision and will recommend them to anyone who needs a fix to their garage.

Matthew was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door issues. I had a referral from both my neighbor and daughter who were both very satisfied with Precisions work. Very customer focused and kind were the words they both used to describe their interaction with Precisions staff and installers.
