I had a problem with reprograming my key pad. Mario eliminated the error message and then showed me how to reprogram my key pad using the door opener. He helped me reprograming both my vehicles as well. Thank you, Mario. You were awesome.

Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

The technician that did the work was on time, phoned us before arriving and was very personable. He finished his work cleaned up and checked the floor to be sure no screws were there. Very satisfied with his work. Finally he explained to us what the problem was and fixed it.

Hello Brian, I hired Precision Door because of the policy for a free inspection trip. The technician Matthew replaced a broken cable bracket on the bottom of the door yesterday, re-tensioned the springs, and said we have a one year warranty. This morning, my wife and I were unable to lift the door and believe it's because the springs aren't tensioned tight enough. We didn't have that problem prior to this time. I will call your office this morning once it opens, and ask for the follow-up visit to get the adjustment. Thank you. John Misany

So glad we decided to go with Precision, they were understanding and prompt with their services. Mario was an excellent technician. He walked through everything we asked about and didn’t mind the “dumb questions” that we had. He was also able to fix the issue we had on the spot and was able to finish in about an hour.
