I was very pleased with the repair process from setting up the appointment on the phone to the end of the repair. Mike G was not only on time he was early and walked me through every step of the repair he was going to do. He explained in full the upgrades I could do on our door. He taught me a few things that I could do to prolong the life of my springs and cable. Our door was up and running within an hour. Pleasant and professional are the two words that come to mind about his service. Precision is very fortunate to have him as a service tech. Thanks once again for your speedy and professional service. The technician was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door, what he recommended and what was the immediate problem and with no pressure to by anything more than what was needed but recommended items that my cause me a problem in the future. He also advised me to oil and lube different places to prevent possible problems and extend the life of my investment.
