The technician was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door, what he recommended and what was the immediate problem and with no pressure to by anything more than what was needed but recommended items that my cause me a problem in the future. He also advised me to oil and lube different places to prevent possible problems and extend the life of my investment.
