I was surprised at the estimate given to me by Steve Gatson. My original thought was the bill would only be roughly $250. I reached that thought by the information given to me by the person I originally spoke to. She told me that the house call was $69.99 and the most expensive spring was $179.00. Little did I know that I needed to have two springs replaced at $179.00 and all the bearings, bringing my bill to a total of $637.95! Very disappointing. But, the good news is that your serviceman Steve Gatson was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and very good at getting the jog done correctly. In my opinion he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Steve and Precision Door Service. Bill Sankey

Do not know for sure if the tech was Mike. In any event, they were very prompt and had the new spring installed quickly. Thanks

Your technician, Pedro, was fantastic! He very clearly explained everything that need to be done and provided options as to what course of action to take. He also provided guidance in how best to service the garage door with lubrication. He was very friendly with a great sense of humor to boot!
