I am over the top happy with the service I received from your company. From the initial phone call to schedule service to the finished product I felt like I really mattered. Mario called to confirm his arrival time and from then on it was amazing. At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me. I am so pleased I went with his recommendations. Mario was very professional and very knowledgeable so I feel very good about the decision. And it only took him about 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair. If I could give you a million stars I would! Thank you so much! One less thing for me to worry about.

Matt had replaced the springs last year and remembered that repair. He explained the options and completeed the installation of the new opener. Matt is very thorough and professional. I called the office for some assisdtance in matching the car remote with the new opener and was walked through that operation successfully. Very good service.
