We had a major issue with our garage door needing repair as the panels and rollers malfunctioned to the point someone(we) could have been seriously hurt. The technician, Curt, showed up early in the am and assessed the situation and gave us options as to what we could do. He restacked the panels which we thought was impossible and gave us several quotes for a new door. He was very professional, pleasant to work with and will come highly recommended !

The repairman was knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the options available and he was able to replace the door wheels and up-date the garage door opener all in the same visit. I am very happy with my new belt operated motor that is best for my heavy wooden garage door. He even installed new sturdier ceiling mounts for the motor (and they match the ones for the rest of the ceiling mounts).

I was really pleased with the quickness of the service. My garage door was rusted almost completely through and I was afraid it would collapse. They came out quickly, assessed my door, gave me an estimate with 3 cost options and fixed door within a couple of hours. Precision has done work a year ago to fix a broken spring. In addition to replacing the pulley and rollers. The work they did was fantastic so why not call them again to fix our old 14 year old garage door opener. As expected, white glove service from our technician Kurt. So polite and professional. He installed a Masterlift belt drive with all the bells and whistles. Kurt was kind enough to set-up everything on the mobile app and how to use it after the installation. He was so patient and very helpful. Did I mention that he checked for balance of our garage door prior to installation. It needed a few tweaks with no extra charge. I highly recommend this company!

I was referred by a family member who used Precision. I purchased a new opener separately and needed installation. Everything about the service was great from the initial contact through completed installation. Joe was our installer. Simply terrific. this was a total replacement of a very old garage door system at my daughter's home in Madison and as she was at work, I was present for the installation to help her out. She chose Precision Door initially because of a coupon we received in the mail, but then after talking to several other companies, settled on Precision for price and availability and warranty. The scheduling folks were very helpful in offering us several options for more rapid installation when cancellations occurred before our scheduled date, and never argued when we were unable to accommodate a change in date. On the scheduled date, the two man crew arrived early in the stated window of time, and were polite, efficient and very friendly andprofessional. They completed an entire replacement of the double garage door, rails and belt drive opener in just over 2 hours and cleaned up the entire area spotlessly when done. They explained the use and care of the door as well as the warranty and told us if there were any concerns to just call and Precision Door would come back and make things right. The door is beautiful, the weather stripping and rails are perfectly installed as is the opener, and the operation of the door is smooth and nearly silent. I would give them my unconditional reference.

I decided to allow him to disable the tension and get the door to close completely, and now I feel so much more secure. I like that fact this company is owned and operated by veterans. The phone call to obtain information and see about booking an appointment was handled very professionally. They came on Sunday, (New Years Day), which was greatly appreciated, at no extra charge. Pedro our service tech, served 8 yrs. in the Army. Pedro arrived within the time frame I was given. After completing a thorough inspection of the door, I was given 3 options of repair, , which i liked. The repair was completed professionally and within the time frame I was given, The repair was explained, and I was given a cpl. maintenance suggestions, to help extend the life of the repair. We are completely satisfied, and Precision will be our first call if we need any service in the future.

We used Precision many years ago when the spring broke on our very heavy garage door. This time when the spring broke we were lucky to have technician Kurt arrive within three hours of calling! Kurt assessed the door, its fittings, and the opener, gave us three options and had all the extensive work completed within two or so hours! Kurt is very, very good at his job, explaining options and instructions clearly, performing excellent repairs, and exhibiting a high level of patience when talking with me and my husband who isn’t easy to reach by phone. We had all of Kurt’s attention while he was here and I was surprised to find out that he had another job after ours, such was his patience and attention to detail. In the morning,I had been worried how to get my car out of the garage and how long we would be without garage access, but those worries were short-lived thanks to Kurt and Precision. The door broke at 11 in the morning and all was working wonderfully by 4:15. Very impressive! Thank you to Kurt and Precision!
