Precision Door Service met our expectations on our garage door service on July 13, 2022. Kurt Schneider did a very good job on our garage door machinery replacements (opener replacement, spring replacement, rollers replacement, and remotes/keypad replacement). I chose Precision Door as another garage business could not get here for 5 days. I selected Precision from the phone book as just a random selection but I was surprised to have your office say that they would take care of my problem within several hours. Your repair person came to my house within an hour and completed the repair in less than an hour. Your man was knowledgeable, fast,efficient and courteous. If I ever again have door or opener problems I will call PRECISION and I will recommend you to my friends.

The Gentleman who came to replace the defective sensor was very professional to solve the problem. He also gave a tutorial on the operation of the wall panel answering questions for the LiftMaster Garage Door Opener. Excellent service.

Kurt was very helpful--gave us all the info on our garage door we needed to make decisions. I know companies have to make a profit, but I wish you could reconsider the price of installation for the garage door opener--$250 is a bit steep.....

Derrick arrived much sooner than had been offered. He was very professional and did an outstanding job explaining my issue and what needed to be corrected. He also pointed out some other possible trouble areas and gave me a precise breakdown on costs. He was very honest about what needed to be done now and what could be done at a later date. I decided to have a number of things corrected in hope of heading off future problems.

Our Service Rep Kurt Schneider listened well to my walkthrough of my prior door opener install challenges that were overcome and our current problem with programming the new unit. He confirmed the install was OK and checked and adjusted a couple wiring hookups and then redid the limits programming to solve the run problem effectively. Kurt finished up programing our keypad and 3 remotes and all functions are now working perfectly. Great job to solve all issues, confirm we are good going forward and all done in 1 hour on site. Thanks Kurt.!.!

My garage door broke down last night. I made calls to many companies. Precision CSR picked up phone within a minute wait time. She was able to schedule an service call next day. Service tech Joe was able to resolved the issue quickly. He was courteous, followed Covid protocol. He was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. My husband found a coupon in an advertising flyer. He called in, was able to schedule and appointment for next day. Our garage door was still functioning but making a lot of noise when opening and closing. Service person called ahead and was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. He greased and lubricated the door parts. The light was malfunctioning and he repaired it. Door is now working much more smoothly. Thank you.

When I called Precision, the person on the phone was kind, efficient, and just plain nice. I will say the same for the technician that came (within hours) to take a look at our problem.
